I was referred to this particular location by the West Coast corporate office in Irvine. I had the pleasure of dealing with the store manager, Shasha Rahman. He was fantastic = personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Great experience!I bought my new iPhone at a different location and the service was horrible. Next time I upgrade I will go to this location.

Had a really good experience at this store thanks to Shasta Rahman and his co worker. My mom needed to know how to transfer all her old data into the new phone. Not only did they provide steller service but was very patient in explaining everything to my mom who isnt too technological inclined. We left with a phone she really liked and felt confident in.

Not a fan of this VZ. It is a reseller, not the real deal, so be ware. Agents I talked to werent particularly knowledgeable, but had it in spades in the arrogance department. My advice: stick with real VZ (see related review of actual VZ in Tustin so you know where to go and that I write positive reviews).

If you are looking to go to a Verizon store, this is the one you should go to. I highly recommend this store because of the STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you get the opportunity to work with Anthony, consider yourself lucky. Truly, I am amazed at how attentive he was in answering all my questions, finding me the best suitable deals, & following up on all my concerns (even months later). We purchased three s8s and love our phones. It was his birthday when we went in, but he even stayed past his shift to take care of us. The other stores make you feel like you are just another sale. Not here, this store makes you feel like a valued customer. Ive renewed my contracts at this store twice now, & I refuse to go to any other store. I hope management notices what an exceptional manager Anthony is. You can tell he truly enjoys and cares about his job. Ive contemplated signing service elsewhere, but as for as long service like this is provided... I see myself a customer for life. HUGE THANKS!

Jon and Nick were FANTASTIC! They took time to help me with all questions and set up my new iPad. They were pleasant, professional, caring, and extremely knowledgeable with all technical issues and troubleshooting. They provided the best customer service that I have had in years! I cannot thank them enough!

The iPhone upgrade experience was fantastic. The store manager, Jon, was extremely helpful and professional. This store is very convenient and local. It’s customer service is better than any other Verizon store we have visited.

I got a BOGO deal for Father’s Day. Until now I have been getting charged for both phones. I have called multiple times to give them the chance to fix it. But got no luck. It is hard to to believe the trust I put into my neighborhood store to support them.I even emailed Corprate and got no luck.I will be filling a case on the BBB. And will be changing to AT&T.This review was a 5 stars, but unfortunately I have to change it to 1 star. They even posted my previous review on their webpage.

They didnt seem to care if you switched from current service to them. The deals they offered didnt seem like a deal at all...they could make much easier if they wanted to.

Last week, I went to Verizon store with my friend to get information about switching to Verizon line. There were four employees in the store, and they were so welcoming and willing to give information about switching the lines and phones. First, I was told that when you give your previous phones back to Verizon, we would receive an $500 discount on our new phones. It was a good deal and would work for my family. I told them that I would come back with my family to start process. Because my daughters’ schedule does not fit all the time with my schedule. I was told that” if you come with your family in a same day, then the process will be faster”.The employees told me that “ ohh of course you can come back to get the promotion next week too”. We agreed about the date with them.Then, today (December,8) I decided to go Verizon with my family. There were different employees in the store except two of them.When I started to talk with employees again, I got shocked, because none of them provided the same information about those deals and promotions. This is so UNPROFESSIONAL for the Verizon company. They told me that “we don’t have those deals and promotions anymore”. This was ridiculous, because we agreed on the deal a few days ago. They did not tell us anything about due date in promotions. VERIZON COMPANY SHOULD INFORM THEIR CUSTOMERS ABOUT DUE DATES AND NEEDS TO TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES ABOUT PROMOTIONS!!!!Also, they were not welcoming and their behavior was annoying. One of the employees that we agreed on my previous visit did not even bother to take care of the situation. So we are no longer with Verizon. Very disappointing about customer service.!!!!

I just want to make a note of the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. I was greeted at the door by John. He has always been helpful, when I have been at Verizon. He was on his way out or to a break but he literally stopped to help me. I was struggling with my phone and feeling really old with this smart phone.. Anyways he kindly helped me in like 2 clicks probably simple for him.. but literally life changing for me. His teammate, Karla who was busy took the time to add some insight to my world. They are both rocking employees and I would definately hire them away if Verizon would let me s.teal them. Thank you for changing the world. You never know the butterfly effect you have on someone.

These guys are great! We made an appointment to make sure service went fast, and they were able to transfer our old phone to a new phone in an hour! Walked in and they had everything ready to go for us. Even helped with new email and account set up. I would recommend coming here.

Terrible service and misrepresentation by a Hispanic staff named Michelle at this store. She first told us that a new IPhone would arrive no later than 3 days, and that she would call us as soon as the phone arrived and that she would give us $100 for a trade-in of our old Android phone. She had exact breakdown and had us sign an order form.The phone arrived many days later, and she never called us. Only reason I found out was I received a notice via MyVerizon app. When we went in, she told us she cannot give us $100 trade-in value because phones screen was slightly cracked. We told her the phone was slightly cracked when she examined the phone and told us she would give us $100, and she said she didnt look at the phone. I then told her a contract is a contract and you cannot go back on your words. She then said we dont have a contract. I told her what was the breakdown and the form we signed to order the phone from Apple, and she said it was not a contract.I will never visit any phone through this Verizon store again, and is considering canceling all my familys phone service, even though I have been a loyal customer of theirs for over 10 years. She should really be fired because she gives bad service and is liar. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Verizon wireless is probably one of the worst phone companies. Theyll throttle data rates for firefighters while they battle life endangering wild fires, they really dont care about about their customers. Asked for many years through various customer service lines they provide to remove devices from my plan and was given the run around. Oh and do not let your phone get turned off they will hit you with hidden fees and overcharge you for months claiming that the hundreds of dollars you spend to have your service reactivated claiming that the current bill is not part of the grand total you pay, it is separate and if you are not aware of that he ready to pay hundreds more within that same month.
