I went to the AT&T Store on Barranca (Irvine) this week and was pleasantly surprised by their customer service, in particular by Bryan Montolla. Based on past experiences, I dont usually experience this and sadly have come to not even expect it anymore. However, Bryan completely changed that. From the moment I walked in, he gave a pleasant greeting and throughout my entire service he was very polite, well mannered, and personable. Not only did he resolve my phone issue, he went above and beyond my expectation and delivered outstanding service. I was so appreciative and impressed by him that I felt compelled to leave a review. I hope that he will grow in his career and I believe he can do great things with his life.

I thought of giving Zero *, The representative is very rude, if you dont know the answer of customers questions that is fine but you dont need to be rude while explaining to customer. I am using ATT for 4 years now but its time now to switch because of very poor service and even their Technical support over 611 do not have answers of few of my questions

Cyrus was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I came for the Father’s Day deal ($700 credit) and he assisted me from start to finish. The other members were also nice as well. They had both of the items I wanted in stock. I highly recommend this location.

Walked into A T and T store in Irvine desperate for a new phone as my old phone conked out. The sim card wouldn’t communicate with the phone henceforth I wasn’t getting any service. My phone was totally dead, no inbound or outbound calls, text, internet, nothing, and they refused to sell me a phone as a prepaid customer. I don’t care about the reason why they don’t do this as their policy. They need to start selling phones to prepaid customers as we are still customers and deserve the same level of service as those with regular contract plans. Unacceptable A T and T. You need to do better!

I had an OUTSTANDING experience at the Baranca parkway store in Irvine!! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable! Mell, the assistant manager, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient!! Because of her ability to explain options and phones to me, I ended up purchasing 3 new phones, chargers, cases, battery extenders and screen protectors!! The store was having a great promotion and she was able to help me understand how to take advantage of the savings offered!! I bought the same iPhone 11 from a store in Malden, MA and this store. The story for the phone I got in Massachusetts went pretty straight forward. I paid the tax on the phone upfront as expected, which was $52.18. On the the hand, when I add another line with the same phone I paid so much more than $52.18. They literally ripped me off. Plus they charged me device protection and other stuff without asking my permission. They think that they had a right to do things in favor of them without explaining to their customers. I was also trying to enroll AT&Ts signature program. But certainly they do not even know what AT&Ts signature program is. Lack of knowledge, lack of professionalism. Highly Not recommending!!!!!FYI: AT&T signature program allows me to be waived from activation fee!!!!

Came to the store to purchase some accessories for my new phone and this store is very welcoming. Every single staff in this location greeted me when I walked in. Really recommend people coming here due to their great knowledge.

I came into AT&T because my phone was stolen, two gentlemen by the names of Cyrus and Sunny were very patient and helped me pick out a new phone and accessories, explained the billing contract and answered all my questions and set my Apple Watch. I will be a repeat customer.

It was my first time at this location and I was actually coming from another store in a city nearby because I needed to do an exchange & they didn’t have any in stock. After a long morning at the 1st store, which the customer service was great and they were trying to help me, I was pretty tired and a little frustrated to go into another store. Right off the bat, I was created by Elijah and when I told him I was coming from another store he instantly knew what I was there for. He was so helpful and easy to talk, just what you would want from a salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about iPhones but also cases, screen protectors and even helped us pick out a portable charge for our upcoming trip to Hawaii. We had quiet a few requests we needed help with while in the store, Elijah was able to help us with all of them without a problem and with a smile on his face. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the store, he knew we had traveled from another store and saw we planned to get screen protectors on our phones, so he threw one in for free! He said it’s how they take care of their customers—how amazing is that! After a long day, we left that store so happy with our purchases and with the great customer service we received.

We came to cancel cause the AT&T sales guy at Walmart lies to us about what we where signing up for. Couldn’t cancel in store but Crystal was super helpful and nice told me how to do it and gave me my account number and pin so I can do it in the morning.

I went into this new a&tt store right around the corner from my house for the first time to pay my bill and I was greeted with a friendly smile from Cristal, who asked how she may help me. Since I pay with cash I usually come in store but go to the spectrum, I was unaware this location existed. After paying my bill Cristal threw me by surprise when she asked if I had time to review my bill and see if we could lower it! I was shocked. No one at a&TT, especially in store, has ever gone out of there way like this and to even ask, I was floored! To top it all off we reviewed my bill and she saved me a total of $150.00 monthly! I will only be coming back only to this location! You did good on this one At&T!

This review is meant to be a FIVE STARS for Aj, but we came back to find out he is no longer at this store and was transferred to different location.Our original visit few weeks ago was just to pay a bill, but then Aj noticed we were paying a lot. He broke down our bill, made sure my husband and I had a clear understanding of the new unlimited plan since my husbands employer has an AT&T discount he was able to give us a cheaper rate with better data and hotspot that was approximately $40 less than what we were paying with 2 new iPhones.I came in couple days ago and wanted to get helped by Aj, due to our experience with him. He went above and beyond to break down our old bill and showed us visually on paper and also emailed me a the new monthly price quote with the 2 new phones.It’s frustrating when you finally meet a genuine sales person (especially in retail sales), who actually cared about us as people and is extremely friendly. I mentioned to my husband that I was going next door to buy water, Aj then went to his backroom and got us both water. Now that’s excellent customer service.My husband and I recently moved down the street from this store so I’m disappointed that we now have to drive to another location to get the assurance, customer service, and overall experience that he provided. I’m sure it’s commission based and wanted him to receive the credit for his hard work. Lastly, another reason we came back to him, we informed Aj that we would change to the new plan that day and think about getting new phones. He said “no pressure at all I can still help you change the plan, and when you’re ready to upgrade give me a call” He then gave us the paper with our new monthly quote with a breakdown of the new plan, with 2 new phones, stapled his card to the quote and told us whenever we’re ready give him a call or just come on in and told us what days he would be working. It’s unfortunate that the best experience I ever received with any type of retail store employee is no longer here as we were going to send a few friends and family to get service from Aj..

5 star service from AJ. He greeted my family and I as soon as we walked in. We came in regarding getting new service with AT&T and the worker AJ went above and beyond to make sure we had a clear understanding of the plan and phones we would get. He broke everything down on paper and as well on his iPad and emailed so we would have in writing what we discussed, we ended up not buying that day because we just came for dinner next door. We came back couple days after and got the deal AJ emailed us. We got new iPhones and had all of information transferred on all of our phones. He made sure to explain the charges on our first bill and made it as transparent and clear as possible. For that I would recommend Anyone to ask for AJ for your att needs.
