I buy a lot of cars and typically don’t trade in at the dealer. I’d rather have cash and negotiate with the dealer. I sold a Teslato Car trackers and they made the process extremely easy from bank wire, to dmv paperwork. Super nice guys! I called them the next day and asked if they wanted my Ferrari and they paid me what I wanted for it. Money was in my account in 20 min and car was picked up that night. If time is money these are your guys!

I recently sold 2 cars to them. The actually beat the Car Max bid both times. Definitely, the guy I talked with had A LOT of energy but, that seems normal for the car business. They did pick up both cars without trouble and the did wire the money. The only thing I can say is that, the purchase department should be sure to communicate with the pickup department so that they wait until the transfer is complete before trying to pick up the vehicle. I did not have any trouble with them and both deposits did clear the bank.

Really easy business with them. They gave us an amazing offer more than Carmax and other car dealers. I sold my and my neighbor’s Audi to them and it was super smooth and easy the next day they came gave me the check and took the car. They are AMAZING!

I had a great experience with Car Trackers. I decided to sell my car before my lease ended so I wouldnt have to lose money trading it in at a dealer. After checking other vendors, including CarMax, they provided me with the highest internet quote. The car was appraised by Bryan Kim who was very friendly and professional, he explained the process very clearly. It was all fast, easy and transparent.

Pretty sure this is a scam. They keep calling me, over and over and over again. Multiple calls in a two minute span. I kept telling them I dont have a car for sale. They keep calling. Calls every day- not for a week, or even multiple weeks...but MONTHS! Ill block the number, just to be called by the same company from a different number two minutes later. Ive gotten texts as well. Havent actually been to the business (if there is one), or used their service, but from the calls alone I would deem it a scam. Dont use this service, even if they are real I wouldnt trust them to give a fair offer for your car.

Don’t waste your time. Just block their number and don’t believe anything they say over the phone. They get your contact information from KBB. They immediately offered me one price sight unseen based on completely accurate information on my car from the KBB website. Was surprised since it was a higher quote by phone and email than CarMax and the trade in value of the car based on KBB. When they arrived and checked out the car they uploaded all the photos and details of the car to their site. Based on this and the technician negotiating with a manager on the phone they offered significantly less than what was quoted earlier. They kept asking what my lowest price was, and went back and forth three times to offer me a final quote of 2k less than the phone and email quote, which was well under CarMax and trade-in offers from dealers.Car trackers will just take your car and sell it to a used car dealer. Don’t believe the initial offer. It’s way too good to be true. They spam your phone with recorded messages to call them, and if you hang up you get another call right away. There is no option to remove your number or to connect with someone through the initial call. If you don’t call, they will text you offering you a high amount and say it’s a quick inspection, and they can write you a check right then. They called me again, and finally agreed to have someone look at the car. Took about 30 minutes, but a waste of time for everyone.

Sold my car to them this morning. It was very quick and easy. Jazz did a great job making sure we were informed throughout the whole process. We finished everything in about 35 mins. Thanks Car Trackers!

Here’s the backstory:I posted my car for sale on CL as everybody else. A few days later, I noticed that the prices for my car were fluctuating so out of curiosity, I did a KBB value check. Within a day I started getting emails from them requesting to have a conversation. This seemed rather odd, so I did some research and apparently, they have a partnership with KBB (we’ll get to this later on). The first conversation went pretty smoothly, as they pitched a pretty low offer but I told them it was comically low and we had a laugh about it. A day later, I received another call from a different agent. He told me that he spoke to his manager and made a slightly higher offer that was oddly specific down to the dollar amount. And again, I told him that it was comically low. We had a nice chat and I told the gentleman that the car is priced below the going market rate, and since the car is in perfect shape, they would just pay me the low offer and post it for the market rate, scalping the difference. The agent laughed and agreed that’s how it goes.Heres the thing, after that conversation ended, I’ve received almost ten emails, all then of them phishing for random information about me and the car, and again, all of which ending with the exact amount offered by the second agent down to the odd dollar amount.Heres what they do:When they see cars going for a higher market rate than their KBB value, they immediately jump in and low ball offer at the KBB price point, then after an inspection, drop the offer by a few thousand dollars. Here’s what I found out:After doing some research online, I found out that this their standard practice in acquiring cars they see a high profit margin in. The idea is that if they’re able to bombard you with enough offers with the same price, you will simply accept that as the fair market value of your car and just accept it. After doing some digging through the car forums, it would appear that this is their standard practice. This is super shady and unimaginably distasteful. I would think twice about doing business with them, as if they’re willing to do this to their sellers, I wonder how they’re screwing over their buyers.

CARTRACKERS IS A COMPLETE SHAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION ---> I submitted in KBB to get an online offer for my current car since I am buying a new vehicle. It said $12k +/-500 for trade in and $15k +/- $500 for private party. Cartrackers then sent me an online offer of $11,800 which I promptly declined. They called me to follow up and requested an appointment to assess the car. I declined and said it would be a waste of my time. They asked what it would take - I said if we could split the different between trade and private party by getting to $14K I would do it..... the guy said he would check with his boss and call back. On 9/26 he called back left a VOICEMAIL (proof) and said yes they would do $14k but just needed to verify the car meets the condition description (which it does). On 9/27 Jackie from their office call me confirming the $14k and asked to make an appointment - I made it crystal clear I had zero tolerance for a time waster and was assured they would meet the commitment provided the car was as described so we set the appointment for 9am on 9/28.. I spent time this morning washing the car. They did not show up until 10am (more disrespect and time wasting) - a very young man took a handful of pictures of the car (which is in excellent condition and exactly as described) and told me $13K. These folks should be in Congress. Between the multiple calls of them chasing me, my prepping for the appointment and their being an hour late the tally is over 3 hours of my time wasted. I am sending them a bill for my time.

Unsolicited phone calls three times a day for 2 weeks now. Each message is a generic recording. I do not know how they got my info, but I do not support businesses like this. Please stop your bad practices.
