I feel that its a great place...honestly, its one of the last great photography shops around anymore.The store is nice, staffed with very knowledgeable, friendly people, who really help you. They relate to both the professional, novice, and those in between. Way too much to be able to include it all in this comment, but I highly recommend them. They also are one of the places that still process roll film,..at great prices.

The place I know for photography

Relatively inexpensive spot to rent lenses. One thing I would note is that the lenses I rented did need quite a bit of cleaning. Cleaning didnt take me long though as I have my own set of lens cleaning brushes.

Amazing people. Always get my film developed here and theyre super helpful/informative for a film newbie like me.Very reasonable turnaround times as well.

Quality work and really nice people.

I took my sister to develop 3 disposable cameras and 2 rolls of 35mm. The man ringing us up was super helpful and funny to talk to. All I needed was to sign a form, put my credit card info and that was it. The pictures were delivered within 5 days. They looked amazing. Would come back again.

I have not received my order yet, so this review is based on my experience so far. Turn around on my negatives has been speedy but they would not respond to my email about shipping. They charged $8 for shipping negatives back to me, which is way too high. I shipped my rolls of film to them for less than half that. Their mail order film processing seemed reasonably priced until return shipping was calculated. Probably won’t use again.

Great camera supply store. Just picked up a couple rolls of seamless paper at the best prices Ive found in Orange county. Will definitely be making this my main supplier for seamless in the future.

They are awesome! I come here for photograph scanning into a usb drive. They are very accommodating and even organized each folder with the dates that I had labeled on my photograph piles (originally for my reference only) I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened my usb drive and saw everything organized year ! Thank you for all your help! Will definitely use pro photo connection for any other future project👍🏼🤗

For film development and scans that are right on perfect, Pro Photo is amazing. John is the best and the rental department is very streamline and quick.

I get everything done here. Classy clean and modern. Knowledgeable staff. Services keep expanding and new frame collection is top notch. Ive yet to master file transfer but its available. Team of specialist are calm, helpful, creative and knowledgeable. Its a pleasure to come here. Ive yet to try framing services but hope to soon.

I’m a regular here for film processing & scanning. Friendly service and are pretty quick to scan and share photos. If I move away from the area, it’s likely I’d still try and have my film processed by them because they do such a good job! Their proofs are just ok though— scanning quality is way better.

This is a solid Pro place. The help staff is not only friendly and cordial but most of all professional. They are willing to help work with you and to help walk through the steps to make the right decisions for equipment and services. I would not hesitate to send the novice or the pro to this shop I know they would do me proud. Their print lab and rental program are outstanding.

A great place for photographic supplies and printing. Excellent in-person service. The only downside is that they are a bit on the slow side to respond to email communication, so you are better of calling them on the phone. Highly recommended.

Not pleased with the photo prints. They were cropped and cut off important parts of the image. Will not be ordering again. Verified via their web app the images were proper aspect ratio. Never had problems with other labs.

Ive been coming to Pro Photo Connection for years. I mostly rent gear from them and on the few occasions when they didnt have exactly what I needed they worked with me to find a comparable product. Their rental process is simple and doesnt require insurance or a massive deposit which is awesome. They always do their very best to take care of me. I would highly recommend PPC whether you need to purchase or rent. Good people!

On vacation and I realized I had left my somewhat broken tripod at the hotel on my way to laguna beach, I made a quick decision to stop here and get a new tripod, staff was very helpful in getting me what I needed, was in and out just like that. And not to mention the variety of gear there. I definitely recommend stopping by.

Ive been going for the last month now and nothing has changed. The rental lady is really nice and on top of everything and they guys answer every question ive had detailed. This place for rentals is even better.

Stopped in since I was referenced by another photographer. Rented a lens for a day and it was quick and painless. Great staff & VERY knowledgable. Makes me consider not buying expensive equipment and just rent it instead.

I give it four stars because they are the only ones I know who will process my black and white film. They also give student discounts which is nice. However, I wouldnt say I have gotten bad customer services from them or that they are rude, but theyre always so serious and not so friendly... oh well. I still like the place.

This shop misleads customers. They are UNHELPFUL at best. Ive had several problems with them from defective merchandise to rental equipment that I escalated to their manager. When asked for help solving a problem they created, the manager is NO HELP. They simply say we just dont help with that. They clearly dont care if one is a customer or not. They dont seem to want to keep my business. So,,, Bye!!!

Pro Photo Connection in Irvine is one of the last Professional Photography stores in Orange County that treats you like a person instead of a number. Friendly, knowledgable staff that will actually listen to you and try to fulfill your needs instead of just trying to sell you something. From rentals to supplies its my first choice.

They say one thing.. then do another.Dont use them for rentals... they will nickel and dime you by about 25 bucks worth of fees they said they wouldnt charge...
