I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Love and Lace Bridal! This was the first shop I made an appointment with and I was lucky enough to be showered with love by Sarah who made me and my bridal party feel so welcomed!! It did not take me long to pick out my dress as I did show up knowing the brand I like but Sarah was also able to recommend a few others that were just gorgeous. The bridal shop was clean/tidy, the gals were so nice, communication was great, 12/10 would recommend! XOXO

Amazing staff and dresses!I can?t even explain how incredible the staff here was. Ashley was my consultant and she was amazing! All the dresses I tried on were gorgeous, but I knew the second dress I tried was it. Ashley still picked other dresses for me to try on that were my style just to make sure. They were so nice and welcoming. The ambiance was great I loved all the decorations and the vibe! I will be recommending this location to all my friends and family!

After ample research on where I wanted to try on wedding dresses, I chose Love and Lace and I’m so happy I did! My stylist was Ashley and she was so sweet and helpful- very enthusiastic and was really interested and engaged with helping me select dresses. She asked great questions and made me feel confident. Ramona (salon owner) was also incredibly helpful in the purchasing process and helped guide me in my size selection, since I was in between sizes. Truly an enjoyable experience! Thank you!

Im lucky enough to say that I bought my wedding dress from Love and Lace Bridal. Ramona and Faith were so wonderful to work with. The service was amazing and I had the best experience. I will recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. I went to ten different stores but I saved the best for last. They have so many beautiful dresses its hard to pick just one.

We had Faith as our consultant and she was fantastic! My girlfriend actually booked the appointment and had a few calls with the boutique first to get to know me and we spent the first part of the appointment just doing that as well. Following, we tried on a number of dresses and Faith was patient and brought out dresses that really suited my personality. We didnt end up getting the dress here since I had a short timeline (I got one from a sample sale where I took the dress the day of - crunch time!). However, having been to multiple stores now, I can say this was the best experience. The atmosphere, expertise, and selection were just great!

I had the best experience getting my dress here! Paige asked the right questions in the beginning to make it feel like I was chatting with someone Ive known forever. I tried on about 8 dresses total, but knew that the first dress I tried on was the one I kept comparing every subsequent one to. Every dress, though, was so gorgeous and I loved that she knew the story behind each designer along with their dresses. I truly could have ordered any dress and been so happy. I ended the appointment with trying the first dress on again, and knew that was the one I had to leave with! She helped me try on veils and really allowed me to picture what Ill look like on my big day.I never felt rushed, and everyone had their masks on the entire time, and there was hand sanitizer around the store to use. Everyone was being socially distant and I felt very safe in the store.She walked me, my mom, and my grandmother, who came to my appointment with me, through the ordering and alterations process. I couldnt be happier with my decision to come here. Highly recommend coming here if youre looking for a wedding dress. Thank you love and lace!

LOVED my experience with Love and Lace. I was first attracted to the store by the types of dresses and designers they had. Right from the beginning my experience was great. I would highly recommend checking out their website and listening to the podcast. I did and felt like I know the consultants before I even made my appointment. My appointment was efficient and focused and SO FUN! My consultant was Faith. I felt like she really listened to what I was hoping to embody on my wedding day and also made some suggestions for me to try to see if I liked. I cant wait to go back to try on my dress.

I am so happy that I found my wedding dress at Love & Lace. As a plus size bride, I was literally dreading finding a dress for months and months. Fortunately for me, I found Ramona and her amazing team. From the second I walked in I felt welcome and important, and that feeling continued until I took my dress home six months later. My favorite part of the process was working with their seamstress/dress designer. She not only is phenomenally talented, but she gets the job done quickly. She may come across as gruff… BUT IT’S BECAUSE SHE IS THE BEST. Haha. My dress looked amazing. I love the sleeves she added and… I am so, so grateful.

Lovely bohemian / artsy shop for the brides that want to feel and be different. They have a good selection of dresses and also up coming designers.It was nice to try on dresses and style I had never envisioned before. My apt was with Paige, she was kind, helpful and welcoming. She did select a very beautiful dress for me. I had a very good time with Paige and will recommend her!Unfortunately, one of the other bridal assistant did not stop to come to our spot (little private corner) to request to have the dresses already lined up for me to try. 3 times in a row did she came by and say: “ can I have this one?” “can my bride try this?”She was showing them to her bride while I was in my apt and those dresses already into my dresser room. I found her rude and overstepping.Overall: good experience but tarnish by a bridal assistant that doesn’t know limit and respect.

Faith was fantasticI had such a wonderful experience trying on dresses for the FIRST time with Faith. She guided me towards dresses she knew would flatter me & had an inkling I would like (which I did) and helped me quickly rule out styles I did not. She was an amazing listener, & I love efficiency. Though I found my dress elsewhere I would absolutely recommend Love & Lace and very much Faith.

I am absolutely honored by the experience I had yesterday with Paige & Ramona. Not only have these women had exceptional correspondence in light of everything going on including rescheduling and full transparency, but they were also the kindest souls in person. I had high hopes for Love & Lace and they completely exceeded that. The dresses are uniquely crafted and high quality. The first dress I tried on ended up being the one! Their samples are in great condition. There was no pressure or feeling of being upsold, or pushed to buy, anything. The shop itself is clean and has such authentic decor and design details. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone looking for a wedding dress. So many details that made this day so special. I had the dream experience that is so hoped for.

Love and Lace was the third place I went to, and where I found my dream dress. I knew coming in what kind of styles I liked, which helped the process, and Ashley was very knowledgable at selecting what I would like. She was patient, allowed me to retry dresses, explained the whole process very thoroughly, and double checked on a couple of options of my favorites throughout my time there. Love & Lace Bridal has picked a great list of companies that match anyones budget. I was able to try on dresses from a range of styles and prices. I went thinking I had my mind set, but after trying on at least 12 dresses, I had changed my mind. Both Faith and Ashley were so patient. They allowed me to take my time and narrow down my favorites. I was able to come in and try on more with my family and friends. Both stylists were patient and positive. They made me feel so beautiful and confident.

My entire experience with Love and Lace Bridal was incredibly pleasant. I couldn’t say thank you enough to the amazing staff, especially to my bridal consultant Faith. They have all been so kind. I highly recommend. Kaitlin was so great! I was taken care of so well. I was offered a glass of champagne the moment I walked in and Kaitlin spent as much time with me as I needed. Excellent customer service and I really felt like a Bride. I haven?t made my decision on dress yet but when I do this place is top of my list. Ramona is also lovely.

Great in every way!I literally have zero complaints and everything about my experience was positive! My consultant was amazing at understanding what vibe I was looking for, I felt immediately at ease and welcome in the salon, I was never once made to feel anything but positive about being plus size, they had plenty of dresses for me to choose from, and the customer service was incredible during Covid/lockdown. Overall, excellent!

Wow, I cant say enough great things about this shop. I had two total appointments because I couldnt decide on a dress on my first visit. The owner Ramona helped me get my dream dress to the shop and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I felt no pressure from her to buy something during both trips and my group also felt so accommodated. I had such a wonderful experience at Love and Lace Bridal and Tailor! I made the drive from Santa Monica, and it was more than worth it! A huge benefit to Love and Lace is that the tailor is built into the experience, so I was able to have all of my questions answered on the spot. Along with that came major peace of mind. They were incredibly informative, and a joy to go through this experience with. For a bride who was overwhelmed by the whole dress-buying process, they made things digestible and easy. I got the dress of my dreams at Love and Lace, and Im so thankful that I found them. Highly recommended!

Amazing Experience: BEST bridal in OC!I absolutely loved my experience with Love and Lace bridal. Ramona is the owner and an amazing person with whom to work! Faith was an excellent host and stylist. They work closely with the brides, answer questions immediately. The store is warm and inviting and features non-traditional bridal gowns: (ie no ballgowns, no mermaid) but plenty of A-line, modified a-line and some sheath. The materials are beautiful and they really make you feel welcomed: enthusiastic and caring! Loved it!

I found the most amazing dress and Love and Lace, and the whole experience was perfect!! Dress shopping was hard for me because 2 months earlier I had lost my mother to cancer. I worked with Ashley and she was AMAZING!!! She made me feel so special, did a great job picking out the dresses that worked for not only my budget but also dresses that would be ready in time. I finished up with Ramona the owners and couldn’t be more pleased. Such a wonderful experience I can’t wait to come back in September for my final fitting!! Trust these ladies and the process they know that they are doing and you will not leave disappointed!

I had a wonderful experience at Love and Lace. Unlike other bridal shops I visited, the owner let me touch dresses, pull them off the rack, and I am sure she would have let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. She also let me try on a few dresses my family/friends picked out even though I knew those werent dresses Id like. This was a much different and better experience than another bridal shop I had gone to.I was looking for a dress that was elegant/simple and not too detailed. The first dress I pulled off the rack was the dress I ended up choosing. I never felt pressured into buying or trying on a particular style and I was happy that Ramona was not giving me any fake compliments or really any judgement besides saying some things about the makers of the dress. I also had a pleasant experience with getting my dress tailored there. My dress was also done right on time. My only critique would be that the bag my dress came in was not great quality. I would have preferred a better quality bag instead of the little gift bag I got once we purchased the dress. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend this shop!

Getting my dress at Love and Lace was such a wonderful experience. I live in Los Angeles and my mom lives all the way out in Calabasas and I would drive a hundred more miles to get to Ramona and Love and Lace. The gown selection is wonderful, their dresses are very beautiful and all in a very reasonable price range. The whole experience was so great and Ramona made me feel so at ease during every step of the process. I just picked up my dress today (my wedding is in 10 days!) and I can truly say that I would recommend this shop to every single bride to be. So so happy that I found this store and feel so lucky to have had such a personal experience! Ramona made this process amazing!!!!

This salon is in business for a very specific style of bride - bohemian chic/flower child and very casual. The dresses were not of very high quality, but were on the lower end of the expense scale too, which was nice. Pretty dresses, but not for everyone. Be aware that the salon is small with not very many choices to try on. If you are a boho bride, this is your place! If not, skip it.

I purchased a used dress from Love & Lace for my wedding last month. In all our communications, the owner Ramona was lovely, patient, understanding, attentive, and an all-around class act. I ordered from out-of-state and my purchase arrived well-packaged and in great condition.I am so glad I was able to purchase my dress from Love & Lace. I cannot recommend this business highly enough!

Love and Lace Bridal and Tailor has a very good selection of wedding gowns. My consultant Haley was awesome too...together we found the one I wanted however I didnt end up buying it from here. I found it cheaper else where.

When my friend asked me to be her bridesmaid, I was honored, thrilled and excited. Ok but wait? This is my first time so what do I do??She had a color in mind and a few dress styles. We were in charge of picking out a style, trying it on, getting it ordered, altered etc. Ok pretty easy right?Due to few life events, I had to order my dress last minute and after doing a web search and calling around, this place was on radar and I am so glad that Ramona and her staff were so accommodating and willing to work with me given the time crunch. I already knew what I wanted and we were able to order the dress and get it rushed over.When the dress arrived, I got an email and was able to go in, try it on and have it fitted. She knew my deadline and able to get it altered just in time and also have it ready for me to pickup. I couldnt be more excited that everything arrived in time and the dress fits!The store is very upscale. You can book your appointment online and pay via Square.

Lets start with the most important thing, Im about to jump headfirst into a relationship with a fun, loving, patient, and adventurous person and Im f&$&8?! ecstatic. Im grateful for this and couldnt ask for more. Life is consistently good, were happy and healthy.I try to be a realist, a socialist, and my goal with this review is to communicate feedback for Love & Lace to use for improvements, as well as to offer advice to folks who are in the market for a wedding dress.I was on vacation visiting CA (from out of state) and Love & Lace carried the line of dresses I was interested in. I couldnt find these in my home town. I set up an appointment and Ramona helped me with the fitting. I found a dress and she measured me. Ramona made this process easy, thank you Ramona.Advice for L&L: THINK about your measurements. This is your business and you should have the skills to do correct measurements. If you cant perform these skills, youre scamming your customers. Heres my example: I have a large chest and small waist, 32DDDD to be exact. When my dress arrived the cups looked very small. After taking it to two seamstresses (who specialize in wedding dress alterations), I was told by both that altering my dress was NOT possible. Ultimately, you cant fit 4Ds into one B. The dress would have to be added-to in order to work, not altered but remade. Both seamstresses were confused on how I was fitted for the dress and how it went so wrong. I did not gain/loose weight, get pregnant, change my diet, get a breast enhancement or reduction, I was the same.L&L and I exchanged emails about the problem and when all was said and done I was told at least you can sale your dress online! This statement is what disappointed me more than the dress not fitting, the lack of human in this industry is disgusting. As your customer who just spent a large sum of money, shouldnt we have more leverage? There was no discussion of any other options.Im not going to describe my feelings towards this dress in fairy tail fashion. It is a beautiful dress that was flattering when I tried it on in L&L. I tried on a size 12 and Ramona clamped the back so it was form fitting. It was simple, elegant, and most of all, it fit! What I didnt think of at the time was that it was a size 12, and Ramona ordered a size 4 for me. I have never fit into size 4 jeans or shorts and wear a size medium top. I trusted Ramona with her measurements because this is her job. Im a nurse and anticipate that I will be trusted, therefore I HAVE to know how to care for my patients. This concept is simple and fair. If you have expertise and knowledge and are selling these qualities for a steep price, make sure it counts. 4Ds will never equate to one B. In hindsight I should have seen this coming, but I trusted the expert.Youre welcome L&L for supporting your business in exchange for a dress that doesnt fit, a lot of stress and time, a fair amount of tears, a feeling of disappointment in myself for falling for this industry, and worst off a let-down in fairness.For the buyers out there, I hope my story has raised questions for you. Think about how much money youre about to spend on a dress and be aware of the paperwork you are signing when you do so. When you finally find THE dress youre overtaken by excitement and all clarity evaporates. If the dress doesnt fit (because theres a good chance it wont), is it worth the money, time, and stress? This industry will not give you a second chance.Ive lived and Ive learned and Im looking forward to the rest of my life. This dress is material and its not worth the stress. I get to marry a rad man, and thats what matters!I just read a review about someone selling a used dress at L&L, how come you never offered to sale my new, unused dress?

Bad service. I came in from Toronto. I found my dress at the LA location. I was booked an appt for 2 days later at this location to try the dress with a specific skirt they had in stock which the other store did not. I arrive for the appt and in flying home that evening. They dont have the skirt and they let me try on the dress with other skirts I hated. They kept forcing me to awkwardly step into the skirts. Although each time they hadnt opened them up properly so the girl would be fishing around with my feet trying to find the bottom. Awkward and uncomfortable. I wanted to purchase the dress but my dad was paying for it and couldnt make this appt BC he was working (he lives 5 min from this location). They refused to take my measurements without a deposit. I explained my situation that I could not just come back for measurements and that my dad would come after work to pay. After a call to the owner I was told. No sorry we cant take your measurements you can measure yourself and call us with them. ?????? Ok Ill measure myself for my wedding dress? Horrible horrible horrible. Wasted time on the last day of the trip for me and my girls.

Super rude on the phone. Would never give them my money. Horrible.
