I purchased a bowling shirt for my grandsons birthday. When I checked on the status of the order they told my it was in line to be embroidered in the next week or so. I explained that I needed it by a certain date and they replied that they’d done what they could to accommodate me. Two days later I received another email letting me know it was shipped. I initially placed an order with another supplier 3 months prior for custom bowling shirts as a gift - this other shop had ghosted me and didnt tell me the shirts were on backorder until I inquired into the delay. I was looking for two bowling balls, but I was afraid that they would get damaged in shipment and then who would be capable of drilling them. Gary was great!!! Not only did I buy the balls, Gary gave me a reference for a pro shop for drilling, and he gave me a coupon code for a discount. The balls I received were in excellent condition. I placed the order at 2 pm and received the balls at 6 pm the next day. You cant do any better than that. I will definitely do business with bowlingindex.com again.
