They do not have comfortable womans shoes for wide feet. You think with hundreds of shoes there would be a variety in shapes and sizes. No one greets you when you walk in. There were no employees walking around to see if you need any help. I didnt bother to go look for anyone. I just left the store. I will have better luck at Macys.

Sooo many shoes! This place is huge.i like how shes are separate by style walked in looking for flat black dress shoes. We went right to the dress flats and found a pair. Overall satisfied with our experience.

Like 50%off. Clerk didnt make gift receipt and when I asked for it the clerk ringing up someone else rudely says to me that I didnt ask for one. Then I was told by a clerk if I purchase more shoes I should hit a reward so I brought some socks to use the reward and the clerk said no I didnt hit a reward yet that I needed to buy more shoes. Then the gift receipt was wrong and it applied the 50% off to the wrong pair of shoes then lies and says the system applies it automatically to either shoe and they have no control when in fact the full price is the first shoe rang up. When asked to fix because I didnt have time to fully shop and may want to exchange the non gift item they said they couldnt...THEN I get in my car and a text comes through telling me I have an reward of $15 after having to put back the socks because I was told I didnt get a reward! I hope a manager reads this as the rude clerk and other just lying and BS through which shoe gets rung up 50% If youve read this I hope you can picture it and laugh.
