The service and product are great. However, double check your invoices because I was unaware that we were charged $300 for a 5 year stain warranty. When I called because we had a stain. We were told we would be sent a cleaning kit. Yep. $300 for a cleaning kit.

Absolutely dishonest sales people. Went to buy a discounted couch, was told it was not a floor sample. Was told it was brand new. After paying for it, the receipt comes back as floor sample. Sales person spins a web of lies about the couch. I get suspicious and start talking to the manger, who tells me the couch was used and came from someone’s home. This place tried to sell me a used couch and pass it off as new. Disgusting

Great store. Went in looking for a comfortable chair and ended up buying a recliner with a tall back suitable for my 65 height. Karen was very helpful and the overall experience was very pleasant.

Purchased several thousands in furniture and sales rep never called us back with arrival times or updates.. Found out furniture had been sitting in the warehouse for 3 weeks. Very disappointed that Dana was furloughed. She was amazing and followed through on everything.

YES YES YES! This place is great. I went in, picked out a couch, and it was delivered a mere week and a half later. The best part? The couch was customized for FREE and it fits me perfectly. The couch looks great, feels great, and was less expensive than the majority of the couches I was considering--what more could you want?

My experience at Bassett Furniture was awesome! Terri was such a gracious and helpful sales associate and she truly tailored to my needs! She was so great that she even followed up after the furniture was delivered and she remembered I was looking for other items and called about those. Not only did Bassett set up and deliver on time, but I absolutely love the style and quality of all the furniture I purchased from them! Worst customer experience. I have purchased here, but every time we walk in the employees ignore us, as if we won’t or can’t purchase anything. This is a very poor location. Surprised cooperate has not noticed.

Jeanne has helped us pick out sofas, chairs and area rugs for our living room and family room. We really like her sense of style and her knowledge of the furniture. Just bought the Versa recliner sofa and it is very comfortable. We were told 4-6 weeks before it would arrive and we got it in a week. Love it.

I was able to order in the store and also from my phone. My order was processed with speed and both orders were able to be delivered together.

We visited about 15 furniture stores looking for a goldilocks couch for my wife and I. It turns out we have a very small range that we both like. After deciding that 2 of 3 that we liked were at Bassett we decided to go back. Making the decision easier was the fact that 1 of the 3 salespeople that we liked in all these stores, Nancy Johnson, was at Bassett. She did not pressure us and gave us our space as we looked through the store. In addition, she was able to provide us with quotes for the two couches we were interested in, and the possible configurations we were looking at in a timely manner over e-mail before we came back in. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience once we decided what couch was for us.

From the moment we walked in the door we were treated absolutely wonderfully. And, it just got better and better as we proceeded through the selection, purchase and delivery process. Though we had some basic ideas of what we were looking for, our sales associate, Lees expertise made the process a true pleasure. She even came to our home on her day off to make certain that our tentative selections would fit in our unusually shaped spaces. She also offered several design suggestions when seeing the overall style of our home. Since our purchase involved a family room, living room, a dining area and a den, she went out of her way to find the best available discounts and payment plans, saving us many hundreds of dollars. By the way, this was not our first experience with shopping at this Bassett store. The reason we went to Bassett this time was because we have repeatedly had excellent experiences in the past. There is no doubt we will continue think of Bassett as our go to furniture store and recommend Lee and Bassett enthusiastically to our friends.

They have some good furnitures even though they are expensive. If you plan to buy for long term, you can buy from them.

Service was good, but the store policy of no exchange and no refund is just unacaptable, after a purchase, the following day my wife wanted to change the color of a rug, and was not possible, this is a very strange for a furniture store. In short i wouldnt recommend buying here unless you are confortable with the policy and better not change your mind.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BASSETT FURNITURE. Heres why: I purchased a coffee table, end table and sofa from Bassett. The tables were delivered to me 4 times, each time the tables were defective. I paid a lot of money for these tables and the company could not produce a table without severe damage. The manager of the Dublin store was more concerned with telling me stories of other customers that received damaged furniture than actually satifying a customer, me. Bassetts slogan is Quality Without Compromise... dont believe it. Their furniture is very poor quality, the prices are too high and their customer service is not existant.
