We had the pleasure of meeting Sabrina on our first visit to the Kohler Showroom. We had been shopping around for fixtures for weeks. Most places did not have the people with the knowledge or offer the products we were looking for. From the first minute we sat down with Sabrina it was obvious she knew exactly what she was doing. She was able to answer all our questions and provide us with the guidance we needed to make our remodel decisions. We have an automotive service and repair business so we can recognize a professional when we see one. We will recommend Sabrina to anyone we know without hesitation. She has won our trust and confidence with her hard work and knowledge.

I liked the ability to see many of their displays. While I am not in the market, it is good to be aware of what products are available. For example I was not aware of the ability to purchase a toilet that has a heated seat, is self cleaning, Touch-free, and raises the seat lid when you walk by. Now I want one!

We worked with Sabrina to determine the best kitchen sink/faucet combination for our needs and configuration. She was honest, patient, and knew her product line and industry extremely well. She guided us to make the best decision.

We worked with Sabrina to order fixtures and tile for both of our bathrooms and our kitchen and she was and really helpful with our ordering! I also forgot to order some items which I didnt realize until after our project started, which she was able to order for us and have it arrive in a timely manner. I was really nervous because of all supply chain issues affecting so many other aspects of the economy, but she did a great job at keeping us informed for one piece we had backordered and it arrived on time for our project to be completed. I would absolutely recommend her to my friends who are looking for remodeling!!

Sabrina at the Kohler Store in Irvine is the absolute best. I recently renovated my guest bathroom, and Sabrina helped me every step of the way. She is both a wonderful designer and super knowledgeable about Kohler products and their process. I highly recommend this store and Sabrina.

Working Sabrina was great. This was our first home remodel and Sabrina took her time to explain the different faucet options at Kohler to help us decide on the best design to fit our style. She gave estimates and stock information quickly. Everyone else in the store was courteous and responsive. Highly recommend.

Useless sales person. Product advertised on the website has not been available for almost two years. No interested in offering any other options.

Spent weeks trying to find a 36 Apron sink for our kitchen remodel on traditional sites and stores(Amazon, Lowes etc..) and kept coming out empty handed. One simple phone call is all it took to have our Apron sink delivered to our home within 2 days. Drew Lengauer was extremly helpful and insightful, Drew allowed me to search images of model numbers while he patiently waited on the other line. Needless to say we were spoiled by the experience and will be coming back when we decide to remodel the bathing room.

Loved the Kohler store. Able to see options. Sales staff was helpful and knowledgable. They coordinated purchase, kept me updated on shipping and delivery dates. Super helpful for our remodel. Moji, our design and sales consultant, was very helpful and easy to work with.

My wife and I are remodeling our home and we were struggling to find the right shower system for our master bathroom. Luckily, my wife found this in-person Kohler store which changed everything for us. We worked with Sabrina and she took our struggles and made the whole remodel process something to be happy about. Despite being a signature store, the prices are competitive and reasonable and the service is 10000% better than any other place we had gone to. Sabrinas knowledge of Kohler and what it has to offer is unmatched. She listened to what we were looking for and was able to match our needs perfectly. I could not have asked for anything more. I only wish we had found this place at the start of our remodel so we could have purchased all of our kitchen and bathroom needs from here and it would have saved us so much time and stress. If you are thinking of purchasing anything related to your bathroom/kitchen, I would highly recommend you come to this store and work with Sabrina.

Customer service excellent with high end quality products

We highly recommend purchasing directly from Kohler in this signature store, rather than elsewhere. We worked with Sabrina who provided extra knowledge & insight into our project, who was also very patient until we finalized plans. I highly recommend paying a visit to this beautiful showroom. It’s much easier & more inspiring to plan a project this way.

Sabrina from the Kohler store in Irvine was nothing short of amazing to work with! I could not have done my bathroom and kitchen Remodels without her. She was knowledgeable about so many things and had an amazing design sense. We will move on to our master bathroom next and I will lay definitely be using Sabrina and Kohler again!

My experience was wonderful as Sabrina was very professional and knowledgeable. I also received a discount for shopping directly with Kohler which was an extra bonus!

We had the pleasure of working with both Sabrina Ritorto and Manja Nikolin in the Kohler Signature Store in Lake Forest, CA. Both ladies were patient, informative, professional, and warm and guided us as we decided what we wanted to put into our renovated guest bathroom. As newbies, we appreciated their insight and thoughtfulness and we believe that when the work is complete we will have one super spectacular bathroom. Thank you again, ladies, well be back when its time to overhaul the main bathroom!!!

When I first went to the store it was with an appointment. We walked around for a while before someone was free. I was skeptical on price and was concerned that if we were not doing a complete remodel people would not bother. I was wrong. The service is excellent, price is better than big box retail and many items are in stock and delivered to my home at no cost. I had an issue with a new toilet, it was defective. I had a new one the next day. I will not go anywhere else for my Kohler product. Manja is the store manager and she has been very responsive and gives us the time of day even for a very small order like a new picture and valve. She has been so understanding as we kept changing our minds on what we wanted to do. Recently, Manja was on vacation when I put my last order in and she sent it over to one of her team members, Drew. It was taken care of that Friday and delivers on Monday. Who does that! Amazing. You are not going to get that level of services and Home Depot. BTW, the toilet I bought cost less then HD. Lastly, it is a great store to browse and think about your next project;-)

Walked in and immediately saw every employee (About 5 of them) without a mask. Beware. Walked right back out.
