Amazing work! I made my order through their website which was super easy to do. They were able to custom my balloon package to the color/names that I had wanted. Delivery was scheduled in a 2 hour time frame. The driver was polite. He msgd his eta and even took a photo when he was there-thank you Austin. When I saw the balloons in person, I was blown away! It was sooooooo big omg! It barely fit through my friends door. We had to stand on the 2nd floor to see the whole thing! Keep up the great job and service Balloonzilla!

With the help of Marla and her team at Balloonzilla they made the party look amazing! The 6ft garland went up with ease and it helped frame the cake table. They used custom colors to match all the other party decorations for the look I wanted.I just love working with them!!TinaA Fine Affair

For our wedding, we had Balloonzilla install a small garland above our cake table and a larger garland above the tables in our entry way (see photos). This was the perfect finishing touch to our décor. It suited our venue really well and I was obsessed with how it turned out. So much so that I made my mom bring the smaller garland back to my house and I kept it for months! I think that my wedding would have looked good without the balloons, but it looked amazing with them! Thank you Balloonzilla!

Where do I begin? I’ve been a client of Balloonzilla for several years, entrusting them to design special balloon arrangements for my partners 60th and 65th birthdays. This year was my partner’s 65th birthday during the covid-19 pandemic quarantine which made doing something worthy of such a milestone exceptionally difficult. I provided my Disco theme, color ideas and some pretty tricky logistic requirements and Balloonzilla made a custom number birthday sculpture greater than anything I could have imagined. The final arrangement arrived on time and my partner couldn’t have been happier. My partner still raves at how he’s never seen anything like his Birthday Number Scultpure, which truly is a one of a kind piece of art. Marla and the Balloonzilla team are also one of a kind and you can feel their dedication, true love and joy of their craft. Thank you whole heartedly Marla and the Balloonzilla team!

I was out of town for my husband’s 65th bday and needed to find a way to make him feel my love & celebration. Balloonzilla made my wish come true! Even though it was the day before his bday! My sentiment was beautifully hand written, attached to a colorful, imaginative, stunning balloon bouquet! I can not say enough about America who was my customer service rep- an angel. Zero stars. We placed a very large order for my sons 5th birthday party. All he wanted was balloons. I spent a lot of time in their store with their sales associate associate (Kristin) and completed our order. All of our party decorations were balloons (dessert table backdrop, archway, centerpieces, various bouquets, etc). I paid in full and have a signed contract. On the day of our party they never showed up. When I finally got a call back (after at least 10 calls, voicemails, and emails) I was told my order was never put on the calendar and never sent to production. I have emails detailing my party and spoke to “designers” the week of our party. The manager on duty had no excuses. She offered to come 10 minutes before the party and blow up balloons they had in stock. Not helpful. My sons birthday was ruined, he cried for hours. Our party looked awful, as they were doing ALL of the decorations. I have no words to express how much they ruined his special 5th birthday and his party. They should not be allowed to run a business. Do not use.
