Our salesperson Keith was fantastic!! Bright future ahead for him!
Love my Genesis G90, bought it out after my lease ended. Fantastic service and very fair service pricing, courteous and provided transport to and from dealership. Performed service quickly and competently.
Excellent experience all around. William Kim is a great representative of Tuttle-Click.
Genesis G80 Sport Service Review:Being accustomed to driving high-end performance cars like BMW and Mercedes, I was skeptical at first when checking out the G80 Sport. But, for the price, the features and the drive of the G80 Sport were great. It is still a great car and I am deeply satisfied with this vehicle. The only reason I would NOT recommend this vehicle to anyone who is wanting a high-end luxury performance vehicle experience, is because of service.I came to Tuttle-Click Hyundai / Genesis for my regular service check. I had gotten it picked up and dropped off with the shuttle service that is provided by Genesis, which I must admit, is very convenient. The first time my car came back, it was fine. But I drove it the next day and noticed my alignment was off and the car was pulling significantly to the right side. Naturally, I didnt think too much of it and gave a call to the dealership to see if they can adjust it real quick. So I arrive at Tuttle-Click Hyundai/Genesis.Upon arrival at the dealership, I explained the situation to the representatives there. Immediately, I was told that there is not a chance that the alignment is off and that they only rotated wheels and there must be a mistake, instead of trying to address the problem. Now, I am starting to get heated because I am the driver of this car and not only have I tested this for the past couple of days, the service representative started to say this without even looking at my vehicle, let alone driving my vehicle. After I pointed out that I am driving one of the most expensive models they have at the moment, he instantly changed his attitude and said of course theyd look at it and get it fixed and arranged me with a free Lyft ride home (my home is 7 miles away).Heres where the real problem starts.I received a phone call the next day or so informing me that my car is finished. I ask if they can drop it off, but was told it is unavailable at the time and that I have to come in. So, I end up spending my own money to pick up this mistake that was caused by Tuttleclick Genesis. Meh. So I arrive at the dealership and now a different person comes and lets me know that the alignment was indeed messed up, but they fixed it and drove it for a few miles to test it and it was confirmed to be fixed and back to normal. Not a single apology was expressed. I get in my car and leave the dealership. As soon as I get in my car, I notice that my dashcam had been unplugged. (it makes a beeping noise when the car turns on and off) Also, I notice that there is a small chip/scratch on my steering wheel. I have attached the photo. I looked very closely at the chip/scratch and it is quite deep. It looks like maybe something that was done with a sharp or jagged edge of some sort, maybe like a tool or a clipboard. Of course, this is the exact reason I had invested in a dashcam. I dont mind if the mechanics have a little fun when they take it out for a spin, but I do mind if employees are disrespecting my personal property when no one is there. I checked the footage of the dashcam and of course, it shows one of the mechanics staring intently at the dashcam before he lifted the car and got started and the recording stopped. My dashcam is obviously visible and as I stated before, it states that it is recording when the car is turned on and off. On top of the mystery chip/scratch on my steering wheel, my alignment is STILL NOT STRAIGHT. The car STILL PULLS TO THE RIGHT.Short Version:Went in for a routine service. Came back with a chip/scratch on my steering wheel, messed up alignment, -$10 for Uber, not a single apology from the dealership and I still have to find a mechanic that can straighten out my alignment. The invoice on my vehicle was $63k. If you plan to spend this much money on a vehicle, I recommend you spend it on a brand that is known for its luxury because you will be dealing with that brand for many years after the purchase of your vehicle. Stick with BMW, Benz and Audi.
Very pleasant car buying experience thanks to very attentive and knowledgeable staff...
