Horrible company. Everything is messed up and management is the worst. It took very long time for them to finish repair and they dont communicate with you. I had called them more than 10 times and left voice messages to get any update. Customer service is terrible and they are very very very rude talking to you. They also messed up quote price and I had to dispute with them for a week. They said credit card machine is broken and asked you to pay in cash in the last minute. NEVER GO THERE!

Got in an accident with my 2012 Mazda 3, quite a few pieces fell off. Took it in to Prestige and they repaired everything for a reasonable price. Friendly staff, gave me a ride after dropping off my car, and even had my car washed when I came to pick it up!

Dropped off my vehicle on a Monday morning and was told by Rudy it would be ready by Friday of the same week. I didnt get a call so I stopped by on Monday and they hadnt even started on it. Said theyd start on it that week. Fast-forward 2 weeks, I stop by again after receiving no calls or status updates. They started work but hadnt been painted yet. I was clearly upset. Tried to tell me that the replacement door needed bondo work even though his guys took a look at it. I know bondo doesnt take more then a couple of days. When they finally finished, they wouldnt give me a discount and said the owner was missing in action. Poor customer service and they prioritized many vehicles ahead of mine. Stay away.

About the worst experience you can get. My fiancee drops her car off after an accident. No phone call or update until we push them multiple times. They also gave us an estimate that is far higher than the initial estimate without any explanation. I give them a call on her behalf to find what’s going on only for the “new manager” to say I have no business with them.AVOID AT ALL COST

One word for this company, at this location, CROOKS! I took my car in for an estimate and possibly subsequent repair. My car was left at their facility. I signed no authorization for Prestige to repair my car. My insurance company, AAA, could not get the owner/manager to provide the proper tax documents as needed to process the claim and make payment. They found that the company had back tax issues. We tried to resolve the problem and during the first few day with Prestige still holding my car, we found out the company had apparently been sold to Accident Pros. AAA still tried to get the information that they needed from this company with no success. Prestige/Accident Pros had my car for 16 days and had done no work on the car. We chose to take the car to another facility to obtain the necessary repairs to the vehicle. Wow! Thats when the wheels came off the wagon! The owner, Steve, got really nasty and said he would not release my car to me. He made several nasty threats and said the only way he would release the car would be for me to pay them $100 per day as storage fees--which would amount to $1,600 and he wanted the payment immediately.I contacted AAA and they said that they would recover my vehicle and handle any matters with Prestige/Accident Pros. Hopefully, something will be done to expose these rip-off charlatans. Beware, beware, beware! If I could minus stars, I would do so!Tom Perrin

Terrible experience today. I came in to get a quote on some damage to my bumper, and there was one guy behind the desk. After waiting 20 minutes while he dealt with a customer, another guy came in (a previous customer), jumped in front of me in line and said he was needing a rental car. Instead of the desk guy asking him to wait, he spent the next 10 minutes getting him a car. Finally it was my turn. The desk guy said I have to take this paperwork into the garage, meet me outside. I walked outside and stood there for 10 minutes waiting for him to come out. After not seeing him, I finally walked back in and he was helping another new agitated customer. I finally had to say something to him, and left after 40 minutes without ever getting a quote.I even stood outside on his sidewalk for another 10 minutes to see if hed come out and apologize and help me, but he looked up and never came out. If this is how they treat new customers, he doesnt need my $2,000.

Sloppy work. I had to go back for corrections. Also, they told me they would take care of transportation, six months later I received a bill from Enterprise Rental a car that I owed them for the car rental!

Excellent service and workmanship. Reasonably priced. This was not an insurance claim, I paid out of pocket to repaint my 2008 Mazda Miata MX-5 that had badly faded paint. It looks brand new! Thanks, Tom and Jordan!!

Excellent job on my 2015 Porsche Boxster. My car got a very minor scratch at the edge of the bottom. Hector inspected and made an estimate which matched with the price my insurance company did. He was very friendly and took good care of my car. He put a cover on my seat, paper on the mat and even wore gloves to drive my car from the parking spot to the body shop (only few steps away). He took the picture of the mileage so guaranteed nobody would drive my car to the Las Vegas overnight (Kidding). When I picked up my car the next day before their closing time, not only the scratch totally disappeared but the mileage stayed exactly the same as before. Thank you, Hector!!! You did a wonderful job!!!Amanda Xu

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! We used the Ramona facility (same owners) that recently closed down. We brought my daughters car in for cosmetic repairs before putting it up for sale. The job was to take no more than 2 days. They had the car for three weeks. It was a nightmare from the beginning. I will not go into the whole story because it would take me and hour of typing. The bottom line is this. Absolutely terrible work with dirt in the new paint they sprayed on the car. They said this was the best they could do. And believe me. It was horrible!! Owner doesnt care at all. Please beware!!

Absolutely terrible. They do NOT take responsibility for their own mistakes, and have terrible customer support. They will not try to work with you. I eventually gave up and now I am going somewhere else. I suggest you do the same.I brought my work truck(2004 f350) into the Ramona Prestige Collision center a month ago to get a few dents and dings fixed. After waiting about two weeks, I got a call notifying me that they were a week behind schedule, I didnt mind this and was simply happy that the truck was getting done. Until a couple days ago...I got a call saying that the shop was going to be closed down. They said I had two options, I could take the truck back and be refunded the money or I would have to drive it two and a half hours north to Irvine on my own fuel and money, not to forget the fact that I would need to have someone else drive me back, and there again to pick it up. I chose to get my money back and I would pick the truck up that night when I got back from work. And that is exactly what I did, however, I was not expecting what I found when I arrived. After a month and not a single dent had been touched. All they managed to do was sand down the body, and at that they dont even remove the lights and handles, they just mask them off!..So now the important part. Before, I had a truck with dents in it, now I have a SANDED truck with dents in it. At least before I could drive it without needing to worry about it rusting. So I called the Irvine shop. Thinking that someone should have to take responsibility for this. I attempted to contact the manager two days ago, I was told she would call me back in 10 minutes. Next day and I hadnt received a call. I called again, got the same story only this time it was 5-10 minutes. I waited 45 and called again. I was told she was just about to call me and that it wont be long. So I waited 4 hours until 5 minutes before they closed. I called and told them not to worry about calling anymore and I will drive up in person tomorrow, now all of the sudden the manager is available! Haha!During our entire conversation, the manager Lisa seems to be talking down to me. Tells me that I can go to a different closer shop (still 45+ minutes away) and that I will still pay the full price I had agreed upon originally only now its only going to be a 1 stage paint job and that I have to bring the truck down the next day. Keep in mind I work on Camp Pendleton and live in Ramona, and this is even further south. I was also told I would be receiving a call from the manager of the other shop, still no call, but Im not surprised. This place is the worst! They do terrible work, take forever, are disrespectful, do not support the military, and are not responsible enough to run a business. I do strongly urge anyone considering going here to turn away now.

Im writing this review for my Ford F-150 that I just received back today after a week here. I came in here utilizing my insurance of USAA (awesome insurance by the way); I had no idea how insurance worked or if this place would be the ideal place to go. Before I start, USAA Auto Insurance loves this place and its adjuster always recommend this place (thats a big deal for a military insurance company to trust a business, they have to earn it). Im not too sure why there are low reviews here (online trolls, I guess. Dont trust those reviews).Coming in here utilizing my insurance, I knew that my insurance company would have to pay for a bulk of the damages, and I would have to pay a certain deductible ($300). I dropped off my car late on a Tuesday late afternoon before closing, and an insurance adjuster met me here the following day and wrote an estimate of what the insurance will pay for and the damages. Luckily for me, the only damages in the vehicle were from the incident that my insurance was notified about; so after I looked at the estimate from my insurance adjuster, the adjuster sent the documents over to Luisa. Luisa went through the entire process with me and stated that she would have to fix the car in accordance to what the insurance company stated (by law, body shops have to follow to the T what the estimate states). For example, the insurance company wanted such parts to be replaced from a specific company, so this Body Shop had to do such (I mention this because I was a little annoyed that a part took a few days to get here, but they did explain such and I cannot thank them enough for their communication and integrity in not deviating from the law).Honestly I do know that there is a lot of stigma with body shops and car repair places in general, but this place doesnt meet any of those things. I was walked through the entire process, was given updates any time I called, and I was given the timeframe of how and when my car will be fixed.I had Luisa as my representative. But Wallie also helped me out alot. I have nothing but amazing praises to sing for them or this establishment. I came here not knowing how the entire insurance process and car repair would go; I honestly was still shell-shocked that I experienced such damages from my car (a hit-and-run, broken window, and vandalism). Luisa walked me through the ENTIRE process and made it such a do-able process (I cannot sing enough praises about their customer service).Reading some of the reviews here is pretty upsetting; many people seem to be shocked that they are paying a lot for body repair--SURPRISE: thats how it is everywhere, especially for good quality work. If you dont understand insurance laws and pricing (yes, there are laws for how it is), then do your research. But this place did amazing-quality work and worked with me and my insurance to get the job done accordingly. Customer service was amazing and the parts used were high-quality. Really happy for my parts and would recommend this place 100000-times over.To Luisa and Wallie: Thank you for taking care of my truck. You have a customer for life!

I am a local CPA assisted the company with filing payroll tax returns, however over half a year already, I was not able to collect my payment from the company. Whenever I called, Lisa would deny and call me back at the end of the business day. It is not something an honest business would do. This company is not ethical and please avoid going to this place!
