I had to get my grill and hood of my Beamer done and Frank was very accommodating and professional. His service is exceptional he is definitely my go-to for any of my car body changes . I had asked him if he could change the light to my car as well but he forgot to do it on the first visit so I called back when I noticed and he had me bring it back free of charge! Loved the customer service of this place!

A coworker highly recommended the Bumper Guy in Irvine after doing an awesome job on their Land Rover, I so I took my SUV there and was impressed. They were extremely informative when to drop off my vehicle, what was being done and when it would be ready. I hope I wont have to need their services again but if I do, I would certainly go back to them for my next repairs. My SUV was done right the first time and inspected for completeness prior to my arrival. Quality and trustworthiness are the kind of traits that customers long for and The Bumper Buys certainly portrayed these things to me. They have my highest recommendation!!

I called to ask for a pre purchase vehicle inspection since I was buying from a private owner. Unfortunately they were closed, but Frank answered the phone and literally walked me through everything. He talked to me for about 15 minutes on his day off! He helped me and told me everything I should look for. This guy is awesome and I’ll probably make the hour drive just to get serviced by him.
