Don’t do business with this company on Amazon! There products are made in China and are inferior. The metals they use are substandard. I’m surprised Amazon uses this company as well. A bunch of small timers out of a tiny warehouse set up as distributors. There crooks. Don’t waste your money!

I have called on Global Appliance several times to fix appliances for my rental properties in Orange County, and every time these guys are doing a great job. They are very professional and always on time.People that answer the phone are very professional and polite. They can always schedule an appointment for the same day or can accommodate my tenant’s schedule.They have experience all major appliances and they always know how to fix it quickly and efficiently. I can trust them with any repair. They are also pretty honest and not waste my time and money trying to give it a temporary fix with expensive parts. I will call Global Appliance any time I need a repair for my rentals done down in Orange county.Thank you guys and keep up the good work!!

Simply put, this is the best appliance service company around.Ive been using them for the past 10 years.Always on time, always professional. They fixed any problem that Ive challenged them with.Ive used other companies before I found Global, but they dont come close.Best rates in town for best work!!

Called in the morning to have a dryer that wasnt working in a rental we own looked at. They gave me a three hour window for the same day which was great and promised the technician would call 30 minutes before they showed up. This was important to me so I could get to the house and be there with my tenant who does not like to let anyone in the house by herself About an hour into the the three hour window I got a call from my tenant that Global Appliance was at the house. I never got a call that they we on the way. The problem with the dryer was a bad door switch which costs less than $10.00. I was quoted $210.00 parts and labor to fix the dryer which I said was very high to the technician. His attitude was take it or leave it. These guys are VERY Expensive--call the other providers whose service call rate may be higher but the overall price will be lower.

I just called this appliance service. Before my questions were answered they hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional customer service.
