This is a smaller-size business, and the owner Jeffrey is amazing. Very patient, explained everything carefully and slowly. Even send me additional power point to review. Great experience. Would NOT go anywhere else. Im planning to buy a glock from here too. This guy has been through a lot (his story and service to this country is greatly appreciated) and he is extremely experienced. Jeff is a great instructor. I went to him for my ccw renewal. Every 2 years, I end up finding a new sheriff certified instructor. From now on, I will be going to JTS Firearms. I was searching for a hard to find firearm and doing rounds from all the local dealers. Not only was Jeff able to locate this firearm, he had it in hand within 2 days. I took my CCW class with Jeff and have since purchased 2 handguns and an AR15 from Jeff. He is easy to talk to, always answers his phone and is a great resource in this industry. This company owes more than $4000 to one of their vendors, for merchandise they received and did not pay for. They have been supplied the documentation. They have refused to answer any correspondence and to address the situation. This is not a competitor, this is a direct vendor of this company, which sells the items that this company sells to make a profit.Update: This company has made a small effort towards paying the vendor, however, has ceased all communication, once again.

Dont recommend for PPT on firearms he finds risky. Nice guy but not the guy youd want to PPT a firearm thats currently controversial like an AK.

Ordered a HK and he showed me how to save 150.00 by using online ordering and getting web coupons and specials? This existed for guns? Will be coming back for CCW training purchased a gun and got 30% off on his class. Met one of his students when I was in his shop and they say that it’s not the usual boring class. He is very entertaining.

Jeff goes above and beyond in helping me with my CCW applications, very patient and understanding, also helps me in choosing a firearm. THough many places advertised low prices, this place delivers with the best price and actually have the product in stock.

It was my big mistake, sent my firearm to this place, I was extremely disappointed with JTS, If you are looking for a FFL Transfer, Please find a professional FFL Firearms transfer services to avoid headaches.

I discovered JTS from an internet search. I was looking for a CCW instructor that was in Irvine. Since his shop was close I decided to drop in and get information, it was a very pleasant experience as it happened he was starting a Class in an hour and invited me to join in. After registering and paying the fee, class began. He has small classes that are very informative and not boring at all. The class was a mixture of all types. Jeff is former retired Marine and had lots of tips and ideas. When class is over you have a clear idea on what your responsibilities are. The next day was range day. He explained what is expected and what was needed to pass the test. Everyone in the class passed, some with a little extra lesson that Jeff was happy to provide. You can tell he not only enjoyed his work, but was very eager to pass along knowledge. Jeff is also a firearms dealer and has some displays of pistols that were for sale. He took the time to explain the differences and how they would impact my lifestyle after seeing me shoot my 1911. I ended up purchasing a XD45.00 as a backup. I highly recommend Jeff and his shop for all your firearms needs. One thing he doesn’t usually carry a lot of stock, once you decide what you would like he orders it straight from the factory and a brand new gun in 2 days. When I got home the same gun was an average of 100 more from other dealers.
