Brought our terrain in for an oil change and to have a rattle coming from the headliner looked at Oil change went well, but they barley looked over the rattle issue and simply stated it was my sunglasses in the holder, even though it was stated that when we press on the headliner the rattle stops.they moved my sunglasses and told us it was all fixed. When questioned and told that was not the case of the noise. We were told they didn’t have any more time to look at it and we would have to make another appointment, it’s a brand new vehicle and I wish they would have taken looking into the actual problem a little more seriously than just saying it was sunglasses.

I went in for my free first oil change and the serviceman discovered a transmission fluid leak. He was very nice and knowledgeable delivering such tragic news to a NEW CAR OWNER. I just left the JEEP Brands for that particular reason. I bought Buick and now another transmission problem. My Enclave has 6000 miles and now I get to spend time to return to the dealer for a second maintenance issue as it wasnt resolved during this visit. This is awful for a vehicle with such low mileage! I last had a 2014 JEEP Cherokee and each time I returned that vehicle for service the company paid for a rental for me from Enterprise WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF DROPOFF and I had no extra warranty insurance. I have the same expectations from Buick, so we will see upon my return on Monday, August 30, 2021. A NEW CAR SHOULD BE OF NO TROUBLE TO THE OWNER!

I bought a truck from Glockner,they were courteous and attentive. They also called me to tell me the truck I bought was sold after I bought it. Ive NEVER had a dealership call to tell me a vehicle was no longer available....

The whole process was exceptional. I went to the dealership with a car already picked out, test drove it and went back the next day to buy. I was apprehensive about buying but Dave pack made the process seamless. I called him on my way and he pulled the vehicle.. we sat down to complete an application and he had me approved in no time! He was very kind to my 5 year old daughter while we waited (offered drinks and let her watch cartoons on his computer). Signing the paperwork was also very easy and Chris explained the documents well. The entire process took about 2 hours to complete from start to finish. Went in for a simple oil change and they took my cabin filters out which I did not ask them to do. I politely told them “no thank you”. On arrival my heat was working perfectly. On leaving I had no heat. Will not be returning or recommend this business.

I have purchased my last three vehicles from Glockners. I had been researching vehicles online for months. I had found a few vehicles near the bigger cities that were a little cheaper. I was determined to head to Cincinnati or Columbus for the day, but due to past experience I decided to give Glockners one last chance to sell me a vehicle. I dealt with Chris Pearce. I was a little hesitant because he wasn’t from southern Ohio and I normally don’t trust people from Nashville. Boy let me tell you how wrong I was. He treated me with nothing but respect, and the greatest of hospitality. Southern Ohio is proud to adopt Chris as one of our own. He reminded me why I always choose Glockners. The only thing that would have made the experience better, is if Chris would have worn an American flag around his neck and released a live bald eagle from the car as he opened the door. The experiences with the other dealerships does not compare to my experience with Chris and the Glockner’s team. This was my best Glockners experience yet, and it was all because of Chris. When I asked for an appointment I got in quicker than expected. The work was completed in the time frame they told me it would be. Great service!

I had 2 issues. 1 was resolved, and I am happy about it. But my second issue was abirned out headlight bulb. The bulb and the labor was going to cost me 95.00, so I said no. . I bought a bulb at Autozone for 15.00 and changed it myself and it took less than 15 minutes.

Well we have had our truck in there with a transmission issue and the tech even had the computer hooked up and showed the transmission slipped from second to third but GM is saying it is the terrain of the transmission. No happy at all
