Lisa at the CubeSmart store on Hudson ave in Rochester, NY was absolutely wonderful! Friendly, professional, and so knowledgable. Really went above and beyond to help us navigate the downsizing of our storage unit. Made it a seamless experience and really exceeded my expectations. Service like this is why I will always rely on CubeSmart for my storage needs!

After retiring and moving to Rochester from Seattle to be closer to our daughter, we reserved a unit at this location site unseen. Our requirements included a single car garage sized unit in a climate controlled environment. This place is clean, quiet, very well organized, and a safe and secure site to store our belongings. Those were all requirements, and the facility met and exceeded our expectations. However, that pales in comparison to the service and attention we received from Lisa. She was kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared about us and our needs. She walked us through the facility, showed us our specific unit, how to work the door, lock, etc.. She spent quality time with us describing how the process of coming and going works, the various options with insurance and payment options, and even how best to terminate our contract when we no longer needed the facility. I cannot say enough for the kindness and compassion Lisa showed us during a time that was stressful for us. Id give her more than 2 thumbs up if I had more thumbs!!

Love this place. Access is super easy and convenient, reservations were a breeze and manager Lisa Is a BOSS and rawks mah wuuurld. Highly recommend this place. Super clean, too! Had a 2-part move and ended up needing a 2nd unit. By some miracle, the one RIGHT next to mine was available! Its like kismet. Another facility that is half the distance from my new place called to say availability came open...NAH, Im staying at CubeSmart.(Im circling back express how awesome Lisa is again. She GENUINELY CARES, and her dedication, expertise, professionalism AND warmth are on point. Thats a model human, right there. I feel taken care of. What a great consumer experience.)

Cube smart specifically the manager Raven went above and beyond her job duties.. her customer service skills were top notch she was very pleasant and patient with me..she exceeded my expectations...I will store with cube smart and so will my friends and family!!!

Ron and Lisa were very friendly, helpful and genuine. They made the process very easy, not to mention Lisa went out of her way to give me a good deal which saved us some money.

I was moving in from out of town and needed to make a last minute snap decision to store some items in a container. There was a manager named Lisa at the 2111 Hudson ave location who was able to quickly help me get a container and move everything in. Lisa was very friendly and personable. She made the whole ordeal much easier. I really appreciated the amazing customer service. Thank you Lisa!

This place is awful. They dont take care of the property and there is constantly water coming in to your units and hallways. On top of the fact that they feel they can raise their rent by $60 with very little notice and you are stuck to pay it. Be very careful moving here cause you will 100% for sure have water damage and rent raise in no time!!!!

This is a great storage place..clean...well lighted...excellent customer service.

I have used a lot of public storage units over the past 18 to 20 years and CubeSmart was the best one. Im a first time customer and I received thoughtful, professional and extremely courteous customer service at the Hudson Ave location, on 4/17/2021. My assigned cube had an issue with water coming in, and the staff member immediately recognized that this wasnt right so he immediately assigned me a new cube of the same size and closer to the front entryway. All without me having to say a word. I loved that he was quick to fix a problem before it became a problem. He made sure I knew how to get to my cube and that my lock worked before we left. The space was clean and well kept in addition to the cubes themselves. Very impressed so far. Fantastic customer service.

Sheldon was awesome! Pleasant experience! Very happy with services. Expectations exceeded!Update*****Had to end lease early due to the cleanliness of the facility, When I came to the facility I often found debris and broken glass on the ground which is very unsafe! I contacted the office and nothing was done. Additionally there were also security issues. The front door/gate was broken/unlocked for quite some time, before it was fixed. I felt this left the facility open to theft and I didn’t feel secure keeping my belongings there. Last of all I wasn’t refunded for the unused portion of the month on my lease. So for these reasons, sadly I can no longer recommend CUBESMART.

Was recommended by a friend already using the facility. Upon walk in the building was clean which I loved. I was greeted by Kandice and from there it was just amazing. I was pretty picky about what unit I wanted but she was so patient 😩. We walked around the building for about 10 mins I just wanted to see all the sizes. She explained each size and price with me. My husband had so many questions and she just laughed and proceeded. We signed up and that took no time at all. Thank you for your expertise! We will definitely recommend cubesmart to family and friends.

When I needed to cover space they called me immediately

Manager stated over her shift to assist in a last minute rental in storage. It was urgent and she also reviewed our online application and noticed that my husband was VA and got us our military discount.

Sheldon was awesome. He went above and beyond. Many thanks to Kandice as well. We loved our experience at Chapel but Hudson is much closer and I have some cooking and entertaining items I need to get at on a semi-regular basis.

In a span of 19 months having the unit my bill has gone up $37.00 not pleased!
