Great place to find odd things...

I love this place. You can find great merchandise and good prices.

This store has horrible stock and looked filthy. Compared to the one on Dewey Avenue. Went there for a couple items went out empty handed. I guess all stores are not keeping up with inventory. Plus it needs a good upkeep. Store needs face-lift inside bug time. Especially in Irondequoit of all places. Reminds me of a store with items just thrown in without cleaning first.

I couldnt get what I wanted because they didnt have it but I found what I needed for now. Val was very helpful and professional. I appreciate her help and professionalism. I live shopping at Big Lots.

Great prices and good selection. Got a couple of full size bed spreads for just $27 each. The comforter sets werent much more, just $30.

Great store and excellent service here!! Was making a big purchase on furniture and the store associates in the furniture department spent all the time necessary, helping me make a decision. Very knowledgeable and caring for my concerns. This resulting for truly a positive feeling needed before spending a large amount money on a bedroom set. I was there on Memorial Day and even though it was a holiday, everybody who helped me was still wonderful and professional, with upbeat attitudes. There are not too many stores like this out there that know how to go above and beyond the call of duty the way these store associates go to please their customers!

Ok to shop here if you like browsing everything or know exactly what youre looking for. I needed strong latching totes. I happened to see a man with a few so asked him what he paid so decided Id stop in the next time I was near there. Bought two so now I can somewhat start to organize but still need more ...

I bought so many things. And the best part was when I was paying, I doubled checked there is no mistake and it is really that cheap. Next shopping here will take a photo of the receipt.

Big Lots in Irondequoit is conveniently located with great parking. The store is decently staffed and the staff are friendly and helpful. Its a great store to shop that is never overly busy in the aisles with some great deals.

I love coming here because they have awesome deals on a lot of stuff, it is a little messy but its manageable and the staff is friendly.

The Henrietta store did not have the sale item. The staff looked on the computer to see if another local store had the item, then called the store to have them reserve it for me. Very happy with the staff.

Pretty decent selection but its always chaotic. Loads of items stacked in the way of aisles. I know they have limited space but I think they need more employees. ((I am not the one who took this picture))

I visit this store frequently, the staff is always very helpful, the store is clean and organized! I only gave 4 stars because this particular time my cashier rang me up without asking for my info for my discount card. I think she may have been new, but she has poor customer service skills. I said You forgot to ask for my discount info, she said, Sorry, next time you come you should remind me. She didnt offer any other solution and made me feel like it was my fault and my job, not hers to complete this step before completing the transaction.As I walked out, I asked the other cashier if I could get my transaction added to my discount card after the sale, she said, Oh yes, sure, we can do that, just one minute and Ill take care of it for you. She brought up the sale from my receipt, asked for my phone number and presto, all done in less than a minute, while the original cashier watched, without saying a word, no apology, no curiosity as to how she could do this in the future, nothing!

The prices at big lots sure have gone up I mean way up. their furniture living room and bedroom furniture does look much nicer than I recall... And those items are at decent prices.

This is the best store to go to, when I moved into my apartment i came here and got almost everything i needed for my spot for a low price.

Love to search for unique items that list from specialty fruit jams to different wall hangings. Staff has always been helpful in assisting you to find just the right item.

Always a bargain here, never leave empty handed. Clean, but can get tossed around some during the holidays with runners full of unopened boxes. Youll navigate fine though its not the only store that is like this during the holidays. I will always come back 3-5 times a month.

I love these store chairs, products and prices are outstanding and you really can save big. However, bathrooms need an update. They are low light and walls and floors look dirty.

I was pretty disappointed when I went inside. Not 1 box tissues, toilet paper, prosper towels on the rack. I went Aug.3, 2020. The place looked disheveled. I was just surprised.

Spent almost $1000 on a new mattress and box spring, rented a uhaul only to get home and find out they gave me the completely wrong firm mattress when I purchased a plush. Was told they couldn’t do anything until Tuesday but it’s now Saturday. This store is trash.

They have a lot of products, at reasonable prices that work and are as Good as if you went to a store where that same or similar product what cost more, giving you the same exact results and satisfaction

Weve been to this location over a dozen times. Staff is friendly but limited. Tge shelves have been stocked in a professional manner on most visits. But sometimes the store can be a tad less than tidy and as expected.On another note, there is a Little Caesars close to the store. Customers of little Caesars regularly park in the NO PARKING ZONE making it difficult to navigate the area. This also makes it neccessary to be sure to have toddlers hand in hand. Irondequoit Police could make a bundle on tickets in this location. Its that bad at times.
