Great coffee. Store is clean. Sales associate was very pleasant.

Refuse to follow CDC and New York State guidelines for vaccinated individuals. Their employees while not wearing masks properly themselves try to complain to fully vaccinated individuals they need to wear a mask even though that goes against published guidelines. The same employees half the time are standing outside smoking or standing behind the counter stuffing their face full of food. Last time going there.

This store has changed ownership and employees a couple of times. The current employees especially late afternoons on weekdays are hard working. A lot of stuff is happening all the time and they handle it pretty effectively. Yes there can be a line up usually because someone is buying a complicated amount of lottery tickets but the workers try their best to clear the line.

There is a gentleman named Ralph who was working being the register at the 7-eleven on Titus ave who went above and beyond while trying to help me. I was having issues with my chip card and Ralph was extremely patient and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed and this way by far the best customer service I’ve received at a convenience store. Thank you to Ralph who made my night by his kind, friendly service.

Went in today around 3pm, gentleman at check out was helpful and woman who seemed to be manager offered her app for a special as we dont have smart phone. store is always clean

This employee was very rude, and disrespectful to me and my mother, male with glasses, wouldn’t show us name, and proceeded to tell other customers that we were the rude ones and pointed at us while walking to our vehicle. will never be returning to this 7/11 ever again.

The owner of this store will walk around the store not wearing a facemask but then put one on to come tell you youre not allowed to be in there without one. When. You call her on her hypocrisy she will deny it and say she was only inside the cooler without it on even though you just saw her walking around amongst people without one

Nobody does any work around there except for a young gentleman named Matt. He is the only reason I still go there. I’m sure a lot of people would agree he’s the only person seen ever at the cash register whilst the other employees pretend to do stuff in the back. I feel bad for that only employee that does anything. If I continue to see nobody else helping that gentleman I will call corporate and let them know that the owner is mistreating her employees. I asked a few people that used to work there about the owner and apparently she’s lazy, she’s a liar and she shouldn’t own her own 7-11. I would give only give 5 stars to the worker named Matt, but 0 stars to the company if I could.

I went in yesterday before work to get some food, I got a slice of cheese cake and some other things, I checked out and the person who was checking me out didnt even ask if I wanted my receipt he just threw it right away. I took one bite of my cheesecake and it was spoiled the expiration date was May 20th and I couldnt even work to bring it back because I didnt have my receipt and I was already late for work this 7-Eleven needs to do a better job of checking their expiration dates and asking their customer if they would like the receipt before tossing it out this is the only bad experience Ive ever had here.

The manager on duty at this 711 is very rude. As a store manager myself. I know what that means. Have always gone in several times a day as it’s around the corner from my daughters house but after several bad experiences with this particular employee and the lack of order in the store when she is there iimvdone I’m a long time 7 eleven customer with a rewards acct. very sad. Nasty nasty nasty.

The owner thinks she knows everything. This location is TERRIBLE. Her attitude made me never want to go to another 7-11 ever. Fire her. I hate 7-11 because of this lady.
