I have had my phone for1 month. Had to go back to the store 3 times, issue still not fixed, dropped calls and calls going straight to voice mail. I was told to call the actual company and they are of no help. They told me that they would send a signal booster and I would have it in two days and I called a week later and was told theyre out of stock and dont know when they are coming in

Skye Cuccurullo delivered the best customer service that I have ever experienced. She dedicated her time to making sure my husband and I fully understood the products and plans that T-Mobile has to offer. Never have I felt so reassured and confident in purchasing a new phone through a new carrier. Give her a raise!

I dropped my phone in the lake and the manager helped me get a new phone and set it up and do a data transfer from a broken phone. Everyone in the store was helpful, friendly, and knowledge.

I was in the E. Ridge location today 6/3/20 and the young lady who assisted me her name is Odalys she was so sweet and so extremely helpful she went above and beyond to ensure that I got everything needed to set up my new phone. She was so nice and I highly recommend that you have her assist you if and or when you may stop in that particular t-mobile location .

This store is my Go-To store. I was there to add a new line today. The store was very busy. 2 girls Odalys & Tania were working. I could tell these young ladies are awesome. They cared and didnt rush the customers they were dealing with. At the same time, they were making sure to reach out to the customers waiting there asks whether needed water and very sincerely apologizing for the wait time. I was served by Odalys. Extremely professional and know what she is doing.Great job guys!

Never gave me my money back after I spent $1000 waited for hours. Had to drive all the way to the one in Henrietta to recieve my refund! Horrible customer service will never be there again.
