Shopping is easy and you know what youre going to get at the Party City. They had the party favors and Halloween costumes we were after.

Always has been my go to place for party supplies. However, this last visit was disappointing since the products I was looking for were out of stock. Seem like they were short staffed. The cleanliness wasnt up to par, the shelves unorganized and in some areas, the shelves were bare. The plus side of this visit was the associate at the register. He asked if I found what I was looking for. When I responded No, he was sincerely apologetic explaining shortages in shipments. This pandemic has seriously hurt many businesses. Those still working, are doing the best they can to provide the best service possible under the circumstances. Ill be back and hope other customers will continue to shop here. They are doing the best they can!

Seemed to me that some items were very overpriced. Staff was not very helpful, online ordering/curbside pickup worked great and was ready in the 2 hope timeframe

The worst experience EVER. I went in to order 16 table height balloon bouquets of 3 balloons each. The “balloon lead” does NOT wait on me. Instead he lets a new employee. At first I had patience with him and kept asking questions regarding my order because in the past there were several questions and a form to fill out. I even questioned the price because he charged me for one weight instead of 16. He kept telling me he knew what he was doing and he was putting it in on his side, I just couldn’t see it. When the order was finally in the computer the “balloon lead” came over erased my order to cash out a customer who had just come to the checkout. We had to start all over. Finally, when the ballon lead noticed me getting frustrated he stepped in. I asked several questions and EVERYONE of them was answered with “You didn’t note it” to the associate helping me. When I walked out of there 45 minutes from the time I started to checkout I was nervous! The next day I called to speak to the manager. It was the “balloon lead”!!!! He ASSURED me that my ENTIRE order was correct and as he did the previous night reassured me that HE would be there the following day and would fill the order himself. The next day I called to add another bouquet to the order and asked to speak to him. It was his day OFF. When I went to pick up my order, the new associate was there. When I got to my event to set up, a balloon wasn’t secured within the bag I purchased for transporting and we lost it. Then, the “table height” was all over the place. I’m not talking about 6/8 inches off I’m talking a foot or more in some cases. Lastly, I picked up the order at 4:30. By the time of the event 3 of the balloons had completely deflated and several others were close. I spent over 120.00 for horrible service and product that was horrendous. DO NOT GO TO THEM!

Good afternoon, unfortunately my experience at this store is not the greatest. They never have enough supplies in stock. Some prices vary same product. They always ask for my email when they dont even send me coupons anymore so I dont share my email anymore with the store. And sometimes they dont have enough help, but the way were living these days I understand that everybodys short of employees. Other than that thats my experience. Thank you post it.

My parents had a balloon bouquet delivered for my son’s birthday. The latex balloons all looked great upon delivery, and we are going on day 3 and they are all still inflated!!

Came in today in a rush, looking for specific things for my son’s birthday, dealt with Brandon. He went over and beyond to help, and wouldn’t allow us to leave settling. His customer service was A1 and I felt the values of Party City Co, you guys have a winner on your team.

Absolutely awful. 150 dollars of balloons that that didnt stay inflated for 24 hours. The packaged balloons that you inflate yourself either ripped BEFORE they were inflated or didnt inflated at all. Customer service was subpar. I would not spend another dime at Party City.

I really didnt one to give a 1 star but today was unnecessary. There was a line all the way to the door at check out with only one cashier on that you could tell had better things to do than come to work . The other what would have been a cashier spent the entire time on the phone. This is Halloween season so why not have your employees ready and available to get the line moving. Normally a great store .

They have more than everything you need! All the decorations are so pretty, and they dont look like cheap .99c junk. I love this place!

Balloon selection not great.

I will not shop at this location again. Why have curbside when you still have to get out your vehicle and pick up your items after the employees hangs up on you!! Poor service...

Juvenile party supplies for Toy Story very limited as the shelves were empty. They didnt have much of what I was looking for! The front of the store is filled with balloons, however, I was informed by the cashier that they dont have any helium to fill them. I called Wegmans and they have helium!!! The prices are high at Party City too!

I ordered balloons and I came to pick them up an hour ahead of schedule, on accident. Instead of throwing a fit, they said no problem! And got to blowing them right up. They were done in fifteen minutes--which was fine, I was looking around for last minute party supplies. Store is organized nice, not a bad selection either--better than the Party City in my local town. 10/10 would def come back to this location. Lots of stuff on sale, too.

Great prices for party ware

A great place to shop for all kinds of party supplies. Balloons. Favors. Lots of paper goods. They have packs of 2.5 ounce plastic cups for Jello shots. I picked up a pack of 2 ounce plastic souffle cups and lids.

I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism in my entire life.I walked in to one of the cashiers, Kelcee, speaking with a customer (loudly, mind you) about her distaste for the transgender and LGBTQ community. Regardless of opinion, the things she was saying was shocking to hear, especially in front of paying customers. Jessica, another of the cashiers, was arguing with a third cashier.I was getting balloons filled, and they popped a hole in one of the balloons I’d purchased (then didn’t plan to replace the balloon until I asked).I was here for 20 minutes (to pick up an online order and get 6 balloons filled) and cashiers were loud, arguing, and speaking unprofessionally the entire time. I was so uncomfortable and in shock that Party City allows this behavior in their stores.

Cashier went the extra mile and dug through a cluster pile of loose mega balloons and found the last mermaid one for my daughter. Awesome job!

We’ve visited many times. Always found what we were looking for. No problem with the staff. The store is huge. If you need party supplies, Eye recommend

The store offers a great selection of party goods from candy, decorations, even baking items. I found that the prices are a bit higher than other competitors but if you are interested in a one stop place to purchase all of your party goods than this is the place.

Convient to home. Shopping for paper products for a reception after a funeral. Had all that i needed.

I will not spend another cent in this store. It is filthy and unorganized. The staff was unable to explain store policies to me and were clearly under trained. On top of not having any customer service... I will find another store to spend my hard earned money in.

I used to like this place when it was Card Factory Outlet. They had a lot of Cheaper cards that I would buy a bunch at a time for events throughout the year, now they just have only one section with dollar cards. This place is still nice because it has tons of things to get for party supplies or other events.

Was there with a friend getting her 50th birthday things. First time in there nice store. Has a lot of party and all kinds of stuff you need for your special day.

They got everything you need for party and celebration

Cards not as cheap as the Dollar Store, but they definitely have your celebration needs covered. The GPay does not work there although they advertise Apple Pay and Android pay.
