Great service and a great deal on a 1927 Cable refurbished piano! They were able to deliver it within 2 days (for free!) so I could surprise my wife for her birthday.I also bought piano books and Saxophone reeds for a great price from the shop. They are highly knowledgeable and skilled about music and restoration. Would highly recommend!

AVOID THIS PLACE. Terrible experience with these people. I dont usually write bad reviews but this will take exception. I called ahead shopping for a starter mandolin for a christmas gift. They informed me they had a new one with a case for $239. I went in and it had a scratch on it, so offered 200 off the shelf. The person called his boss who said yes. The clerk then went back to look for the case with the help of his boss on the phone.I brought it home and the case looks like its about 30 years old, and smells of mold. To the point I had to go put it in the garage, it was stinking up the house. I called and complained. This is a new Mandolin and case. I was give the bosss phone number.I explained to him, I bought a new mandolin with a case, not a new mandolin with an old case. He told me I was being unreasonable and a new case would cost him 85. So I said fine. Ill return it. He said no, its used. Its not used. It traveled in a car. note this is 2 days after the sale. He said I was being unreasonable and hung up on me.I wanted to shop local. I could have bought this same cheap mandolin with case from Amazon. I will buy my own case from amazon. I would never give this business another penny and you should take care doing business with them.AVOID THIS PLACE. ITS AWFUL. Its dirty, it smells as soon as you walk in.

Because I got to hear old songs I really love and see musicians like Pharrell Williams perform the Happy song. I saw him on Henry Louis Gates show Finding Your Roots.

Matt and crew moved our new baby grand in with all the care and respect that anyone could ever ask for. We are loving it!

Highly recommend. I wanted to purchase a piano for my daughter and do not play myself and know nothing about pianos. The staff here were tremendously helpful; very honest about what we should look for and very patient with all my questions. Delivery down a steep hill in icy weather was also impressive. Their shop is modest and functional, but to me that means less overhead and savings for the buyer. I looked at used pianos at a large store in town and definitely feel that I got more for my money here.

This store is a hidden gem in Iowa City. They have a really unique selection of instruments in addition to passionate staff. I went to a concert they put on in their parking lot in the fall and had a blast! Great variety of local musicians who love the place. This is a must see for any music lovers in the area.

The face of my guitar had been damaged by an unfortunate event, creating an extra very much unwanted hole. Matt at All Music, All Art, calmly and assuredly said it would be no problem to fix it. I had no idea what to expect, but trusted his word. I just picked up my guitar today---writing this review because first and foremost, the impressive craftsmanship in the repair! Amazing work. Also, the cost and turn around time exceeded my expectations. Thank you All Music All Art!!!

Excellent service and teaching. These guys are experienced musicians and know how to tune any instrument.

Very upsetting experience. Had two seperate appointments scheduled for a appraisal of my mothers piano. Both appointments times were rescheduled by them. First time employee or possibly the owner randomly showed up at the house at a non scheduled time before I had a chance to reschedule with him, and then acted upset when no one was home. Second scheduled appointment he was called out of town and I was told I would be called when he was on his way back into town to meet me. Was not called and again showed up and left a business card when no one was there. Finally did show up and my mother felt the appointment was extremely unprofessional and was treated very rudely.
