Have been going here for years now. For those of us not car savvy, they will walk you through what they did and explain why it needs to be fixed. Took it in to get something fixed that a mechanic on a road trip told me needed to be replaced and these guys could have easily just done the work and made an easy buck(couple hundred dollar repair), but they explained why the other mechanic was wrong and didnt charge me a dime. Thanks!!

I have used the Spenler guys since 1990. They have always taken good care of me.

Crooks! I took my car to the East shop and they didnt even look at it. They called me 10min after I dropped it off and said it was either the fuel pump or the fuel filter, whatever the case it would cost me $430 or more. I took my car to another shop and found that it was the mass airflow sensor. If spenler would have even took the time to look at my car for 10min they would have read the code that showed that precise problem instead of guessing incorrectly just to get me to spend more money. Im glad I went with my intuition and took it to a real mechanic and got the real problem fixed for under $100

If you want ethical mechanics who wont oversell unneeded services, go to Spenlers. They treat people with integrity and with the highest morality.True, they dont have a fancy waiting room with fine dining and exquisite coffee choices, but my car has never complained. If you want services that cost twice as much as they should, well continue going to your dealerships. If you want a mechanic to tell you your brakes are on their last few miles when they are actually only 50% worn, well go to your dealership with the fancy buildings.In the end, isnt everyone looking for mechanics and owners that dont take advantage of customers? Ive found that at Spenlers.
