If you want your car fixed completely in a timely manner, DO NOT GO THERE. This is NOT a professional shop.I took my car there in January to get my clutch repaired, it is now late June and nothing has been done. I was repeatedly lied too about progress and was given multiple dates for completion of my car that came and went with no actual work ever completed. The car has been taken apart, everything except the engine is in boxes. This morning I had the car towed to a reputable shop, they took one look at it and declined to work on it, stating that the damage done by this shop is beyond their repair. Im now forced to have the car taken to another shop in Davenport where they might be able to undo the damage. I was patient, I was kind, even when forced to pay for parts up front and was repeatedly asked for more money along the way. Honesty would have been appreciated, if they couldnt fix my car they should have said so to begin with. I may pursue legal action.

Rocky has done an excellent job with the various things Ive brought my car in for! I dont know a lot about cars but he has explained what needs to be done to me very well and I have felt well taken care of. He is very trustworthy and I know Im not being taken advantage of! Will be back again and again!

If you want quality good work, get your car fixed here! They arent only professional, but they pay special attention to detail in the quality of their work. They are honest, hard-working and who make you feel like family the minute you walk in their door. I definitely recommend them they are the best at what they do in all of Iowa City!!

These two can fix anything.Rocky at Rock N Tims has been working on my vehicles since 2003. I give him credit for the 250K+ miles on my car. Without him, Id be constantly needing repairs. His knowledge and expertise has kept me on the road and saved me beaucoup bucks!Tim at RNTs can locate just about any part you need, even the hard to find ones. Hes detail oriented and efficient.I needed brakes, they did my brakes.My side mirror shattered, they fixed that too.Valve cover gasket? No problem for them.Back passenger window stopped going up...just needed an actuator, and they had that done in 15 minutes!Now Im being told that my super heavy trunk is hard to open because the hydraulics are bad...Guess what? They said they can fix that too!If my car has problems, I call these guys.To say that I highly recommend Rock N Tims for all your vehicle maintenance & repair needs is a vast understatement. I will not be taking my car elsewhere from here on out.
