Showed up around 9 on a Friday morning and they had me in and out within 30 min. Didn’t try to sell me anything extra which I appreciated. Just did quality work. Would recommend!

As far as oil change places go, they do a good job and the price is decent. Not real happy about this visit, though. They have 3 bays you can pull into and theres a sign over the center one that says Tire rotation lane, which also happened to be the only one open. But I wasnt sure if they did oil changes in that bay so I pulled up behind the 3rd bay and waited. And waited. Everybody knew I was there waiting, but not one guy bothered to wave me into the open bay. Then someone pulls into that bay and proceeds to get an oil change...while I waited some more. Apparently, there was some issue with the car in front of me because they werent doing anything on the car, but wouldnt open the bay doors to let them out. 15 minutes later, without any discussion between the staff and the people in the car in front of me, no giving them their credit card back or anything that might indicate whatever problem they had had been solved, they just opened the door and the couple drove off without any last interaction whatsoever. And no, Sorry for the delay, or any word of explanation to me when I pulled in. I dont think customer service is their strong suit...

Quick service, no waiting when I was there. Their basic service was $39 and they were done within 20 minutes.

I called, and they said I could just come over. They directed me to an open stall and said I could wait in my car during the service -- they have pits. The service itself was relatively prompt and then I paid from my car as well. Overall, satisfied.

Honestly the best place to get an oil change in Iowa City. They don’t try to up sell you services you don’t need or didn’t want going in. I keep track of my own lights and other aspects of my vehicle so when I need an oil change only I come here and I’m in and out quick.

I stopped in on my lunch break and was able to get in and out within less than 30 minutes. The technician explained their new COVID restrictions quick so I knew what to expect for the service. This is the fourth time that I have visited this location and I have had excellent service each time. I recommend!

My favorite place to get an oil change. I’d only been there once before many months ago and a member of staff remembered me and what I needed. The prices are decent and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely come back!EDIT: Finally came back after trying Midas for a coupon that didn’t work, they also tried to charge me for fixing something that definitely wasn’t a problem. Now MOBIL!! Still amazing, definitely not going anywhere else. The guy who helped me today was so sweet and tried his best to check an issue I have with my car turning over. Didn’t even charge for it since he couldn’t find the error. I truly appreciate these guys 1000%.

They had me sit in my car. They changed my oil only. Did not check any of my fluids. Did not check my tire air did not check filters. Did not vacuum or wash my windows and charged me for full service. Will not be returning!

Never been to a walk in oil change place. My god it was great they had me pull into a stall I walked to gas station to get coffee. Back in under 15 minutes and they were done already. It all worked great cost wasnt bad considering I went full synthetic. Overall a good experience.

Arrived at 10:32am and was home by 11:10. I had been waiting over a week for a regular service at my usual place for an appointment and could wait no longer. Then I remembered Mobil 1 was 5 minutes from my house so I just took a chance and showed up. They were very happy to do what I needed plus more, and for less than my other place! Everyone was nice and helpful, waiting room was warm and I spent less too (only $48). For a 6 cyl SUV, that’s real good.I recommend trying them yourself. They are conveniently located and service is great.

I like that this is a drive through quick oil change operation. Dont even have to get out of the car, reasonable pricing, dont pressure you to do services you dont need.

Edit: Lowered rating. They were super fast and friendly. Ive been here twice before and its pretty great. I dont like a big ordeal to get an oil change, and this place doesnt make me feel overwhelmed.Ive lowered the rating because after taking my car there, and after some car issues the next few days, I noticed my oil was low, and dirty. Like it wasnt actually changed. Now this is only 1 out of 3 times Ive taken my car there, but thats a pretty big deal since thats what I took my car there for!So I lowers the rating due to this, not too low though, because I have had good experiences before. Im just unsure if Ill take my car there again after that...

It definitely wasnt the quick experience I was hoping for. It was semi busy but the guys working were in no hurry. We waited a good 20 minutes before getting into the bay and then another 25 once we were in.But the oil was changed and the car was very clean once they got done so not totally a disappointment, and it is better than having to leave your car all day for a simple oil change.

Less than 4 days after an oil change, the windshield washer fluid was frozen. They either didnt top it off with winter driver fluid or they put the summer fluid in instead. What else did we pay for that didnt get done?

Had oil change there. Drain oil out left a bunch of oil setting on front end. Got home it drain on my garage Floor. Didnt drive vehicle for couple days. Though I had a bad oil leak. Took it to dealer and they told me what happened.Not very good service when I spend almost $100 on a oil change.

They took care of me fast and professionally, although I did overhear a new guy draining my oil leave the cap off and a more experienced mechanic was pretty upset at him wanting a bunch of oil. Too be expected sometimes I suppose. I was worried maybe if he messed that up he might mess up my drain plug or something, but nope. Overall its a group of decent staff doing good work.

Went there once in a pinch needed to attend out of star funeral. We had the $116 oil change. Drove immediately home to pack. Came back out minutes later noticed oil dripping under car. I crawled under inspected car they had not properly replaced oil drain plug. Drove directly back over they called and ordered the new sealing ring for drain plug they neglected first time. Reinstalled gave me new oil and filter. Returned home and noticed leaking oil again!!!!! Popped hood and realized they did not screw oil filter on new subaru with filter on top of engine. And sprayed oil all over engine and wires and under hood!!!!what a mess!!!!!! I ended up fixing my self by screwing on and filling back up with oilSo frustrating trying to save time by going to one of these places and being taken advantage of by them. Do not go there!!!!!

Treated like family type of service. Even fixed my broken dipstick without charge! Great people, great service, and my total time there was maybe 15 minutes tops!

Austin was very helpful and courteous over the phone and in person I had just moved to Iowa city and was looking for a new place to service my vehicle previously I would normally service it myself or have a family member help me but with my new job and long hours a lot of my free time has been taken away and I usually am worry about going to service shops for my vehicle but Austin has changed my mind and I will be back soon

Oil change was fine. Changing the oil myself now and can’t get the oil filter off. They over tightened my oil filter. Unnecessary service that only causes frustration.

Went in for a routine oil change, and a part of the tire broke off during tire fill up. Mobil was willing to reimburse me for the repair no questions asked.
