Went down to see car, was on lot, but with big NOT FOR SALE sticker and not detailed or anything (but was on the web site as for sale). Called and left message regarding car, nothing. Now car is off the web site. I guess dont try to do business with them unless you live in their backyard?

Purchased a 2011 Subaru Outback from Harris Boyz for a good price. Craig, the main salesman, was friendly and honest! They allowed us to put the Outback on their lift and inspect it. They also covered some unforeseen last expenses. The whole staff, salesmen and mechanics, seemed ready to do whatever they could to provide a quality buying and mechanical service experience.

I bought several cars from them. I was happy until my last 2 car purchase. One car I bought has a had transmission. Replaced it and was got another bad transmission. So I bought another car from them, had the car a week to find out it had a bad motor in it. They sold it knowing it had a bad motor.

Fair prices, good selection of vehicles, friendly.Harris Boyz has a nice selection of vehicles, at very fair prices; all vehicles I saw on the lot were makes and models known for running many many miles. I checked a few used car dealers in town that used to carry lower-cost models, theyve all moved up a few $1,000 in what they carry and had nothing much in my price range. I didnt know what to expect at Harris Boyz, but pleasant surprise -- they had plenty in my price range, so instead of having to settle on something based on budget, I had a choice of 3 or 4 that met all my criteria. Im definitely going here next time I need a car, or if relatives need a car!When I just wanted to wander through an look at cars, they left me alone to do that; when I went up to ask some questions, everyone there was friendly and helpful. The paper work went fast (Ive been to a few places where they are quite slow about it.) For the price I expected the sale to be totally as-is, but they even include a limited warranty (primarily covering engine and transmission.) VERY satisfied!

I purchased a car back in 2014 that did not have over 100k miles for the year. I thought it was a great deal...I was completely wrong. Three years later my entire engine blew out not including how much money Ive spent replacing parts left and right. 7k later I now realized a used car dealership will just about sell anything to make a quick buck. I would not advise shopping here because who knows how long you have before something major goes out on you.

I initially posted a positive review. They were friendly and appeared honest and helpful. That wasnt much over 2 months ago. Had them put new tires on (one of which leaked) and run a diagnostic on it a couple weeks after purchase because the check engine light came on. They told me the check engine light must have been a “brain fart” everything is fine. Wasnt long after that the engine began to knock. The car is currently having motor replaced, as it was bad. Could have been just bad luck but if you read other reviews, Im not the only one with an experience like this.

Looking for a reasonably priced car for our daughter to drive to school and work and found it here! However, it was a used car, so you always have that fear that something will go wrong when you drive it off the lot. This is where the 30-day warranty comes in, and we were very grateful that Harris Boyz provided that warranty. The fuel pump went out on the car three weeks after we purchased it, but because of the warranty the car was towed and repaired and we didnt have to spend a dime! Thank you!

These guys work extremely hard! We purchased a used truck, having purchased one privately and had many issues. The entire experience has been pleasant. The business offers a 4month warranty, we had a small issue the first week. I called and the mechanic immediately checked out the truck, diagnosed the problem and worked to fix it. They have superior service and really work to keep customers happy.

Purchased a vehicle from them and was of course very well swindled. Within a month of having the vehicle we had replaced all four tires (at Harris Boy’s) and one tire was not sealed properly. Currently had the vehicle for 38 days and it is at a different mechanic having the engine replaced. I would not argue against anyone who says Harris Boy’s auto is a sham and I would not ever recommend purchasing from them. They do not offer a warrantee because their cars are held together with duct tape and bubble gum.... save your time and money and visit a REAL dealership.

I purchased a used car for my daughter and paid the full listed price with cash. I was disappointed after driving the car home to identify an issue. Naturally, I called and asked for the issue to be corrected and was met with a buyer beware response. The manager Craig punted me to the salesman Gary, who listened to my concerns and promised to talk with the manager and get back to me. Havent heard from them since, and its been over a week. Very poor customer service and lack of integrity.

I just purchased a used van from Harris Boyz. They understood that even though I dont drive a lot, I needed reliability. They let me take it to my independent mechanic to check it out. It had just a few problems but they took the van back into their shop to check out each problem listed in the mechanics report.
