Last minute i called this place for two tires that i could NOT find in cedar rapids, not only did they stay open late and wait for me to get there but once we were there they were very respectful and did the job good and in a timely manner. Will definitely be coming back not only for tires either. They have good prices for pretty much all of their services.

So fast. They got me in immediately and had me out in less than 20 min. They were so polite. Turned on the air conditioning just for me. The tire I got was like brand new. Ive never had such fast service or a tire this quality for used tire pricing. He only charged me $50!! Flat. I couldnt believe it. The man that did the accual work was so nice and so fast. Guys seriously dont go anywhere else!!

Rarely does one come upon a business that isnt somehow affiliated with huge corporations with shareholders affecting the service you receive, the product you choose and equally important, what one pays for that product and/or service. Today (a Sunday) I discovered such a business that I would be remiss had I not given my 5 star rating which incidentally is the first and only 5 star rating that iv ever shared. Sadly I did not get the name of the gentleman whom I presume is the sole proprietor of Chicago Uses and New Tires, Iowa City, but his approach and business dealing with his customers is commendable and I say this with confidence, having met him for the first time, that Im certain his dealings with me is not unique to others whom have purchased tires from him. The short of it is I will, without hesitation, be coming to this business for my tire needs and I cannot stress enough if you are In need of tires, used or new youll be doing yourself a disfavor for not putting this business at top of your list, its simply that good. These guys were great. My friend had his odd model tire blow out on him yesterday (not from the area). They were the only place to have the right size tire in the whole Iowa City area. Not only that, but my friend, who was pretty frazzled from being out of town, came in at 5:25 when they were closing at 5:30. Not only did they fix and replace his tire, but they did it with good humor and were very pleasant. The two guys there were just two very nice guys and cant say enough nice about them. I can imagine they were done (it was Friday and literally they were closing) for the day, but they were nice and extremely professional. So to sum up, Chicago Tire had the only tire in town, and they were just fantastic in replacing it. Two big thumbs up!

Had two run flat tires on the drivers side go flat at the same time in a construction zone. Was towed to the only shop open on a Sunday 300 miles from home. The owner knew exactly what we needed, had them in stock, and had us on our way home within an hour and a half. The price was very reasonable!

They were absolutely amazing! I had a flat tire and after calling several places, they were the only ones that could get me in right away! Not only that, but they had the time to change all of them (not just the one with the spare). I got an amazing price and from the time I pulled up to the time I pulled away, a total of 25 minutes had passed! Then he referred me to his head mechanic who told me they sell good tires for a fair price. I said to put them on. I had a flat tire and 1 that was leaking air before I even got halfway home. Last summer i took my wifes car to this place and got her a set of new tires, it was a very fair price so i decided to get a set of tires for my escalade as well. last week, she noticed her front 2 tires deflating more often and the ride was not smooth. i contacted chicago tire and told them of this issue. the owner had me bring in her car right away and they checked out the tires. they agreed that there was an issue with them, without hesitation they contacted their tire distributor and had 2 new tires sent out and a few days later they put them on my wifes car. this place is honest and priced very well for your tire needs.

Went there on a Sunday with only an hour before they closed super fast service and amazing quality used tires definitely going back there for all my tire needs.

Was looking for a couple used tires to get me by until I could get new ones. The guy was friendly and quick but didnt have a matching set so I ultimately didnt buy them. Id still give him another shot if the need arises.

Mustafa and his team have been truly amazing to work with. I have worked with them multiple times over the last 6 months, not once have I been disappointed. Driving over the road brings unexpected things especially to tires. My husband and I are very grateful you helped him out even though it was almost closing time. That saved us tremendously. Im from Lagos, Nigeria but moved to Iowa City, Iowa for college. The first thing I did coming to America was look for businesses that treated me right. This guy did for years, but a few months ago his 2nd in command charged me 8 times as much money for the same thing. A tire change! I think this guy has something against his own people. I will not be going back.

I was receiving quotes that ranged from $550-$700 from nearby auto shops.Most of these places required me to wait an additional week or so because my wheels are staggered and they didnt have my size in stock.
