Thought to myself lets try them out and it was one of the best choices Ive made!!. Friendly people, helped me out of my problem, and had reasonable price!. We slid off the road and got stuck in the snow on a Sunday night (Valentine’s Day, no less!). After a quick Google search, we called another towing company first who told us they wouldn’t be able to get to us until the next day. We called ASAP Towing, and they told us they could tow us in about an hour and gave us a price quote, including an option to pay by credit card. They called us twice to give us updates on arrival time, and ultimately they showed up pretty much exactly in the estimated timeframe. Towing took just a few minutes to get us unstuck. We were just really impressed with all the interactions and customer service. I saved their number in my phone for the next time we get stuck! HIGHLY recommend.

The guy that helped us was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They are cheaper than anyone else in town. He was there very quick and tried to jump it before having to tow it. He was so nice. If I ever need a tow or jump I will now call them and I will tell all my friends to call them too.

The lady who was working 5-18-21, around 10:15 A.M. wouldn’t send me a tow truck because I called and didn’t need it at first & when I called the second time she said “I am not going to do the back &Forth with you & have to have the owner call” . I had my son in the car, & the car is completely dead & it’s raining and cold out here . Very unprofessional.

My car battery died while I waited in the parking ramp at the Iowa Childrens hospital. They were there im 20 min and had me back up and running! And they were extremely nice!!

My parents broke down while visiting in Iowa city. I looked these guys up for them and they were fantastic. Fast and priced really well. They towed them to their shop and fixed their car for them. Great and friendly service. They were very satisfied.

Called super early in the morning after having a flat coming off of the interstate. He was out and even offered to change my tire instead of towing. Had him tow it because the tire needed fixed anyway. Very professional and courteous!

Skidded off the road thanks to a snow drift. Called up ASAP and they had Curtis distpatched to me in 45 minutes. 15 minutes after that the car was out of the ditch and good to go. $160 was a great value for getting some one there and getting me out of that jam quick. I had a great experience with ASAP. Very friendly, knowledgeable group of guys that got my issue solved in no time for a great price.

I sat on the side of the I80 for two hours while my insurance company ran through a list of several other tow companies that refused to come to my aide saying I was out of their service area. Finally the insurance company called me stating that ASAP Towing had confirmed they could help me and would be happy to tow me the 27 miles to my home. Kimo, the ASAP Tow truck driver, showed up within 30-40 minutes of my insurance company contacting them, was super efficient and used safety precautions, was very polite and courteous, and towed me safely home. I was very glad that they cover such a large area of Iowa and were prompt to respond when others refused.

Dependable fast service, noticeably cheaper than Big10 Towing and Campus Towing which have a monopoly in this area because of the fat contracts with the City of Iowa City.I will definitely use ASAP Towing again and highly recommend. 😁👍

My Escapes water pump went out on a trip to Iowa City. I called ASAP Towing after seeing their 5 star rating when searching for Towing services in Iowa City. 1 hour later the gentleman was at my location. He asked me what was wrong with the car and suggested we look under the hood. We saw that the water pump belt was broke. He suggested I take it to Firestone service center instead of the local Ford Dealer that I requested because they would be able to fix it that day since it was a saturday and the Ford Dealer service center was closed. Very friendly and helpful. Had me at the service center about an 90 min after I first called. Awesome service!
