I was in my first and hopefully last accident due to hitting a deer. The people at billion collision were nice. They made it easy to go thru the process of getting an estimate done and worked well with the insurance. This was the second time they had worked on my car and had good experiences both times.

Really disappointing quality. A little over a year after I got a repair done here and the clear coat is flaking off. I’ve moved now and their warranty only covers them fixing it... why would I want the people that screwed up the paint to re paint it? Now I have to go out of pocket. 2 stars because Shelby was nice on the phone.

Getting into an accident is never fun and is super stressful. However, Matt and staff at Billion collision were very timely (especially considering the holidays) and did an excellent job keeping me up to date on progress! First, and hopefully last accident, but could not have asked for a smoother process overall. My car looked just like it did before the accident and was sparkly clean as well! Picked up my car from Billion Collision Repair, appeared to be a great job until I looked close. Everything that was fixed does not line up at all--bumper cover, fender, hood, headlight. Now I am taking my vehicle to another shop. I called and they proceeded to tell me this happens sometimes. I should have never been told my car was good to go if it didnt look right in the first place. What a waste of my time! Now on to a new body shop.

Incredible service and in a timely manner. I was given an estimate and had the parts ordered in all in one day and actual repair job was finished in one day and done extremely well. Peter Severson provided excellent service, was willing to work with me in pricing, and took extra steps to ensure the best job and experience possibile. I will definitely go here again if I need any body damage repairs done.

Outstanding work and in great time! I had the two driver-side doors of my Hyundai Elantra smashed and scraped in a parking lot collision and now the doors look as if it came off of the assembly line. Absolutely phenomenal work and they handled the insurance side all themselves so I did not have to. The repair took 5 business days, brought it in Monday and got it back Friday. They also call you at least twice to let you know the estimated work and to tell you how the repair is coming along. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
