For at LEAST 6 months, I have had to fix issues with my prescriptions. Im switching pharmacies.

If I could zero stars I would. They are constantly out of medication even if I call to say we need a refill soon. There has been insurance issues every time we get medications, even if it is only a day apart!! They have disagreed several times with our doctor and said she doesnt write prescriptions right (no where else has issues with her prescriptions). They are rude and snooty when asked why this seems to be a continuous thing. We are moving pharmacies

Every month my kids medicine is never in stock, they send texts or phone calls saying your prescription is ready, you get there, and it’s not. Digging in bins and underneath counters looking for stuff. Tell you 20 minutes and 45 go by before you’re leaving. I think they mean well but seem completely unorganized.

Jenn and Karen were amazing while helping me in the photo department in ionia. They made it very easy and did a great job while creating my photo products. Amazing service..... thanks ladies.

The girls are snobby! Kids medicine is never in, wouldnt recommend!!!!!!!!
