This is the ONLY place I will go when I need major work. I have tried others and my car always has additional issues after and costs more money. Tom and his staff are honest trustworthy guys. They find the deep problem, tell u what needs to be done and they do the work well!

We needed tires for our Grand Caravan and called The Professional Garage for a quote which included alignment. We were able to get an appointment for a few days out. We dropped our van off and they were done within 3 hours. Tires looked great plus they said no alignment needed. We were so happy with their service that we immediately made an appointment for our other car. We pretty much said find what you can and fix it because we hadn’t had it in for a while. They could have come up with all kinds of things which they did not. They only charged us to rotate the tires, fix a slow leak and change the oil. They could have “recommended” all kinds of things. If your looking for an honest and great place to bring your vehicles it’s The Professional Garage.

Fantastic guys! I was in a pinch I needed my service done that day. It was a quick thing, but if it wasnt done that day I would not have gotten to see my mom for mothers day or my newborn niece who just got out of the hospital. They were so kind and understanding. It meant so much to me. I recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

Wanting a louder and more aggressive exhaust on my 2018 e43, I asked around for exhaust shop recommendations and a friend of mine suggested I check out The Professional Garage. Hes had several of his cars worked on here and they all sound amazing, so I knew I couldnt go elsewhere. Shawn, Tom, and especially Cullen (the exhaust tech) were very patient, honest, and generous with their time. Cullen was extremely kind and welcoming, took the time to walk through my questions, and gave me guidance on how to achieve my goals.

I like how they treat me. I explain what I need done, and they do it. Honesty is the best policy, and they are with me. I would recommend them to anybody!

Chris Craft boat in for repairs and they overhauled the brake system, wiring harness, and wheel bearings at a very reasonable price. Asked for them to plug a tire. Told me they were reprogramming a car and wouldnt be available. maybe need more techs cuz last time I checked it takes 5 minutes and now Ill never take my car there

We were recommended to the professional garage by the discount tire nearby. They are honest folk, which isnt always the norm these days, and competitive prices. Super nice, friendly, would certainly make the trip to come back here even though its not close to my house just to work with these guys! Shawn was super helpful as well!

Professional and solved a difficult problem quickly.

Went in for work on my vehicle and was very impressed with the service presented. Tom the owner and Collen(Cullen?) were amazing with letting me know what was going on, what the steps were to get the end result, and what they expected from me. Straight forward communication and service. Everyone including the front desk guy Chad were nice and helpful. I’d recommend this shop to anyone.

Been taking my work truck (2005 Ford F250 super duty) into this repair shop ever since buying it this past summer. These guys repaired a radiator, some injectors and a few other things.. i would guesstimate i spent over $6k here over the past 6 months. Recently this truck was acting up again, took it there again..after a week of diagnosis they told me what they thought the problem was but the boss was out of town on a hunting trip so they wanted to wait for him to get back to be sure. Another week or 2 later they text my business partner telling him its the oil pump and its going to be $2500 to fix. Keep in mind ive already put over 6k into this truck after buying it for 9k only 6 months earlier. I could not justify putting another 2500 into this truck so i got it towed to another repair shop and it turns out there is nothing wrong with the oil pump whatsoever. It was the Fuel pressure regulator and its getting fixed for $800. So basically to me it seems like they were trying to rip off a good paying customer.It really makes me wonder about all the other repairs i had done here when i just told them to go ahead with it because i didnt have the time to take it to another shop for another estimate. The new shop where im taking my truck has told me that Professional garage is not a place to be taking your vehicles. Definitely wont be taking my stuff here anymore, lost a customer you wouldve had for life.

Tom and his staff dropped everything to look at my car and diagnose the issue. They were very courteous and I am so thankful for their kindness on that snowy evening. I was on my way home to Rochester from the cities and ran into some car problems. I stopped into the Professional Garage on w whim and they were able to get a lot of much needed work done on my car right then and there to make it safe for me to get home and take a very long road trip I had planned for the next morning. Customer service was excellent...work was fair and honest. These guys went out of there way to make sure the work was done right, get the right parts in and stayed until 8pm at night to get the work done. Very very grateful for their work!

They’re very nice but they couldn’t fix my problem after saying they could twice while having my car for a week. Didn’t get full refund and left with my car looking worse. I’m having a very difficult time trying to get the previous problem and the problem they caused fixed. Just made my situation even more stressful and difficult to solve.

These guys know their vehicles. Every time I have a problem with any of my vehicles I do not even bother calling anyone else. They diagnose each problem every time and give all of the details to me of what it takes to fix it. I recommend them for sure.

Good prices and great service, they fit me in same day to remove a few studs si I could get my new tires put on at discount Tire and brought my flat tire(the one with stripped studs) back over to discount to get my new tire put on, brought it back and put everything back together for me. I cant say enough good things about these guys!!!

I was recommended by my dad who had an engine swap on his 2009 Ford explorer with over 203k on the first engine. Hes been hitting pavement hard ever since and the vehicle feels new. Myself brought our 2012 Toyota Highlander for steering clunks, engine cleaning/flush, and tune up. We took our truck for a pricey front end repair and the staff did a timely and quality service for less than what we have paid to a dealership repair in the past. It is a small (mom and pop) shop tucked behind a gas station on Concord, and is sort if easy to miss. My grandfather use to own a car repair shop when I was growing up thus our family prefers to support local business owners. This makes me also aware when shops try to scam me as I have spent a lot of time in one. I found all the mechanics friendly and knowledgeable, quick and efficient and most of all -straightforward and honest. They also offer referral perks which is great. One mechanic even offered me a ride home after dropping off my vehicle, no one does that anymore and it was a nice to have a small town feel in a big city. Good job fellas and thanks.

I had an emergency situation driving back from Inver Grove Heights. I didnt know any garages so I asked a gas station and they pointed me in their direction. So I brought the car in and they took the car that day and drove me back to the place where I was staying. They fixed the car and brought it to where I was staying. The windchill factor was -20 something degrees at the time and that saved me a lot of hassle. In my opinion, the name of this place is not a misnomer it is definitely a PROFESSIONAL garage!
