I have visited this location twice. The first time it was an amazing experience. The second time I definitely am not going back. I took my car to be serviced for the 22,500 miles. I Told them I had their coupons so I can get the discounts. None was used. Called them to let them know that the issues I mentioned are still noticeable and was told that I’d get a call the next day. 3 days later and I’m still waiting for a call. $253 later for a car that is unaligned and my tires not rotated. No thanks I’ll take it to another dealer. Never buying a Kia again.

I love the service and environment here. They do a great job and they got me a car !!!!
