I went in on 5/4/21 at my scheduled appointment of 1:10 pm and no one greeted me for ten minutes. I just sat in my car and with my window down and waited and waited. The workers were just talking and laughing with each other. Finally a guy by the name of Terry came to my car. He did not apologize for my wait and not nice at all to me. It took an hour and half for a simple oil change (they were not even busy) and at the end the guy Terry never said if the mechanics noticed anything wrong with my car. After 7 years with this dealership I’m done with their constant poor customer service and will now go to Maplewood Toyota for my repairs.

I was in Minnesota and my gps was not working, the service guy was very short .

So bad service! I met a unkind and not honest staff who works for Happeners body shop where performed poor and unperfect repair to replace a part causes another problem that was randomly happening with inconvenience during driving, not all the time. It was very tricky matter and just asked to come back again when I claimed at the earliest before and now ask to replace another part with my money.. it looks caused by their neglegency and unperfect unprofessional repair performance and handling. I never buy Honda CR-V and never come back this place.
