I’ve had a few encounters with car troubles and called Inver Grove Ford because it’s very close to my work. From day one the customer service and service department was awesome! They Fit me in to their busy schedules, treated me with much respect and made my concern; their concern. They are very fast, efficient and know they get the job done right.As for my buying experience at Inver Grove Ford Lincoln It was phenomenal! I made an appointment with a sales representative because they were having a buyback promotion. I knew what vehicle I wanted, the terms I wanted, the monthly payment I wanted. The vehicles that I was looking for were not available so my sales representative did some figures on a couple similar SUV’s but the figures were just a little too high for me from there I was going to end my visit And contact me when they get more vehicles in. At the last minute my sales representative asked me to look at a vehicle that might interest me, I said sure why not. Needless to say I did not expect to drive home in a Lincoln MKX that day!So I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to JIM JESSEN for making this happen. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, He knew exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and he wasn’t pushy just to get a sale. He truly is a great Sales Consultant! I highly recommend Jim Jennsen! Very good experience when my car required a motor replacement. Service manager Eric Lijewski worked very hard to assist us in our efforts to have Ford Motor Company honor their warranty. I will never buy a Ford vehicle after my experience with Ford Motor Company but I will gladly use Inver Grove Ford for vehicle service needs.
