Although I live in Sioux Falls SD, I have had work done at this tire store several times during the past two years including today August 30, 2021. My experiences have all been excellent. Justin and the rest of the crew there are friendly, professional and efficient. I have been driving vehicles for 55 years - this may be the best tire shop I have ever used.

Ive probably spent well over $10k at various discount tire locations in the last 20 years. Yeah, thats a lot, but between racing tires and winter tires, they add up quickly on 10+ vehicles. Their prices are probably the best youll find anywhere. They never charge me for repairs, they gave me a free security socket for my BMW wheels when I stripped my old one out, and their warranty program is the only extended warranty program that is well worth it. On AWD cars, tires must have similar wear. So if one tire fails, they measure the tread and prorate the other 3 tires. Ive had to take advantage of this several times, saving me thousands of dollars in total.This is the only place that I will buy tires. I hope they continue to be awesome.

I cannot write a better review about a business. These guys are unbelievably professional and genuinely honest. I called all the local places and these guys took me in even though they were really busy without an appointment. Ive come in twice trying to install my winter tires and they were kind enough to refund my money no fault of their own (Despite their time and labor) The first time they noticed a crack in my wheel I was not aware of. The second time I brought in used wheels, and the hub was too small and werent able to install them. I cannot thank them enough. Excellent employees and a very well run establishment. Respect.

Fast service - brought vehicle in for slow tire leak. Appointment was at 9:45. Tire was repaired and out the door by 10:30. Technician working on my vehicle seemed to be new/inexperienced and unsure of himself, however, other employees seemed to be monitoring him. He was also the only one not wearing a mask.

Busy place, 4 tires in/out 1hour...$reasonable, hoping for good customer service....good so far.

I received a call the next morning from Brandon and he said if I wanted I could come in today and get my rims and tires installed instead of next Saturday. I was very happy with the speedy response! We have bought a lot of tires here. The reason we keep coming back, besides their good prices, is their excellent customer service. Was in today to have them swap out the winter snow tires for the summer tires on my wifes car. Decided to get rid of the old snow tires and rims (9 years old), and get new ones next year. They didnt charge us for any disposal fee. Good customer service, and its what keeps us coming back.

Outstanding service! I bought a vehicle from a dealer and part of the deal was they put all new tires on the vehicle. They put new tires on, but never inspected the wheel well and didnt replace the stem valves. Woke up this morning to a completely flat tire! Got the spare on and made my way to tires plus. I told the gentleman my situation and asked if they could please put new stem valves on all 4 tires. They cleaned the corrosion that was allowing the air to escape from the tire, replaced all the stem valves and balanced the tires. They handed me an invoice with a zero balance. I walked back to the service desk and said, I must owe you something. He said, No, we took care of that for you. Its not your fault the dealership didnt do the job correctly. MIND BLOWN! No one provides that type of customer service anymore! A HUGE THANK YOU to Discount Tire! If youre looking for a professional and customer service oriented company for Tires or service, this is the place you need to go to!

I have been buying tires here since they opened. Great service, usually very competitive prices and they offer free tire air pressure checks as well as free tire rotations. Staff is always very friendly and professional. I have only 1 small (some would say petty) complaint and that is every time I visit whether it was for free rotations or buying new tires, there was dirty hand marks on every surface the technician touched the inside of the vehicle and that is due to not taking off their mechanics gloves.

Buying tires and maintaining them can really save you from all sorts of inconvenience. This location makes it super convenient and easy. I have been to this store multiple times and every time is better then the last! Shout out to Jonah who is extreamly friendly and knowledgeable! I got a flat tire as I was driving into the cities on my way home. After waiting for AAA it was suggested by two people that I go to Discount Tire to fix or replace my tire. Despite the guys having to work in 108 degrees that day, they were able to quickly fix my tire. The best part was that the flat repair was free! I wish we had a store near me because I would definitely give them my business.

I was recently at a Honda dealership for regular maintenance on my vehicle. I knew that I needed new tires for my Honda Ridgeline.
