Wonderful customer service that it makes me want to visit the store more often.Every other person on the reviews talking about long lines and long wait should REALLY CALM DOWN! What do you expect at this moment? Its COVID time, every store is the same. So instead of bashing the employees just know that they are concerned with your health and safety. Like it or not we all have to wait.The whole front is super clean, registers are always getting cleaned down after a customer has been served. Nothing but positive attitudes from the cashiers.At this moment people get impatient because of wait times and honestly I feel more sorry for the cashiers than the customers. I have waited in line when customers disrespectfully talk to the cashier or employees. But the most amazing part is how well they maintain their composure. These staff members deserve a raise because by what Ive seen, they are really patient.Oh yeah... very clean store, friendly staff and super knowledgeable management.👍👍👍👍👍👍

Every employee here is rude as hell! Nobody is helpful and they never have full inventory. The entire store looks picked through no matter what day of the week it is.

I Love Smart & final but they no longer have the bags of cotton candy for kids parties they have had that for years the only reason they are getting 4Stars due to the fact there was a crazy man in the store being very rude & disrespectful to women and the security guard sat there looking when he should have made the man leave or gotten the manager he told some lady shut up B---- before i slap you remind you hes crazy he could have really hurt someone

This Smart &Final carries everthing needed for home and business. The aisles arent overcrowded and everything is so easy to find. Very staff friendly. I wasnt looking for it but I found this delicious cake there this morning.

Convenient parking, they had what I needed and they abide to social distancing guidelines.

Nothing unusual here except the checkout line that wraps all the way around the inside of the store. Most things are in stock and Workers are courteous. .

The line is always long with cashiers around busting boxes and the little manager in office looking for thieves. Ive been living in area for 13 years and all in store is redicious. Not customer service friendly. Horrible manager.

It was horrible they had a power outage then their cash registers werent up had us waiting out there for 30 minutes everybody disappear from sight poor customer service skills I need to be working there horrible experience lack of communication not telling the customers whats going on just horrible!!

This place always the best when it comes to parties and bulk buys you will find a good deal on cooking oil and a good variety too which surprised me, I come here often

Disappointing. First they didnt have my product in stock, and the shelves were bare in that area. And then when I went to purchase the other thing that I went in to buy, they had lights on three different checkouts but only one was actually working.

When visiting the store today, the cashier was fairly new, but was very friendly and professional. Also quite funny. She made my day!I could tell she was new, but she handled it quite well.I told her that she was doing a great job. We all have to experience the beginning of something to get to the next phase.Her name is Dominka. I give her two thumbs up.I would go out of my way to stand in Dominkas line to be greeted by by her smile and great disposition.

This is place is so nasty everything is rotten, the fat little bald man doesn’t know anything and the other employees talk to him so disrespectfully. The lines are so long for no reason they need to take this store down and put something els I it’s place. A grocery store that actually has fresh fruit and non expired milk,cheese and bread.
