This is a Mobil as well as a brand new 7-11 store.Always clean and shining. Staff are friendly and the owners are not afraid to spend money to make things perfect.Despite just opening a newly constructed 7-11 store on property, they just replaced/upgraded every fuel pump on property.Modern and clean, no fear of card skimmers and competitive fuel pricing.Great place to do business!
I made the mistake of coming to this gas station tonight. I came in to purchase some gas, and as I pulled out my wallet and dropped $20 that was also in my pocket. I didnt notice until I pumped my gas, and checked my pockets to make sure I had everything. Once I noticed, I went in and told the clerk my issue, she proceeds to yell out to the other employee Luis, oh he just got robbed, in a joking manner, as if my problem was a comedy sketch. I asked for a manager, who of course wasnt there. I then asked the dynamic duo what can they do to make this situation right since this wouldve never happened had I chose a different gas station. The response was laughable, I was told by Luis to file a police report, and come back Monday morning to speak with Ricardo the manager so he could review the camera. Really? All that work, when you could easily rectify the situation then and there. I can see if I said I lost $100, but that wasnt the case. I then had Luis call Ricardo who states that there is nothing he can do until Monday when he sees the footage. Who has that type of time these days? I work just like them, Im not hurting for the money, its just the simple fact that I was treated like I didnt matter, and this whole situation is my fault so screw you. Again this wouldve never happened if I didnt choose this location. I mattered when I was at the register paying my hard earned money. But as soon as I lost something, and came to the staff for help I got a virtual slap in the face. The people here lack compassion, and problem solving skills. Ricardo has not built a helpful culture at this location. I myself work in customer service, and would never let a customer come in to my place of business, and leave feeling the way I felt. I will never patronize this gas station again, and I will go outta my way to make sure the people I know never come here as well.
This station is big with a 7-11 BUT is not helpful without any polite sign.I was rushing on my way to LAX airport and return the car in full tank, not sure how much to fill in. The assistance Nely explain me to preauthorization card or pay cash. I thought I can put cash as deposit and use card to pay at the end, but misunderstood, which cause some argument later. They do not want to explain, just tell me Take your change or Never!I paid 20 dollars, but the nozzle didn’t work, I came back to Nely and found she put the wrong nozzle and blame on me. I didn’t say a word for timewise. I back to nozzle and tank still not full, I go for another 10 dollar to the male assistance and back to the nozzle, it didn’t work again, I came back and complain To them. Nely talk in Española to the male assistant to go with me and help. I wait for few mins for the-looks-unwillingly-male staff to stand up from the chair, not responding to me at all. miraculously the nozzle works just at the moment we reach it without any assistance. The male staff looks even unhappier. Obviously they forgot to activate it again. 2nd time I didn’t say a word for timewise.Then it gets full, I walk back 7-11 for receipts and changes, when I got it and immediately turn to the door, only 1step away. I found out only one receipt got - the 2nd one, without stepping out the door I turn back ask for my 1st receipt, they asked me to queue again, becuz I have walked out.This time I cannot hold and do shout to their improper and careless behavior. Incredibly tolerant to themself and extreme strict to the customer. This is the 3rd time gas pump on this trip and is the only & most unfriendly one I have ever experienced in US for the past five years.Two times pump need to run back and forth for 4 times. what a service, it holds me at least 20 mins in the station go thru all the poker faces.
Why do they give my receipt to the clerk instead of printing it by the pump?! At least Speedpass+ works, so, an electronic copy should be mailed…
They dont accept foreign credit cards, which is weird as theyre really close to the cat rental returns.
Only working gas station I found around. Also, it didnt print the receipt.

As stated below the machine did not print a receipt. I bought $19 of fuel for a Nissan Versa and the bank statement reported $100 purchase.

You cannot fill up a full tank at once, although at normal gas stations you can leave your card, refuel and pay. Excessive running and waste of time. There is no service.
