Overall I had a good experience. It’s a used car dealership so be aware that some of the pricing listed online are marketing gimmicks but nonetheless decently priced. I worked with Adam, Ali and Jose for the majority of my experience and they were all wonderful. I came in with no idea what type of vehicle I wanted and asked many questions but they were very patient, helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a great selection of cars, fair prices and good people I’d say go here. As with any purchase, be assertive when necessary and ask questions! I definitely recommend.

This is a great place. They are a new dealership, and as being new they have some glowing pains to get through, but there drive to help anyone that they can drive home in a good quality vehicle is second to none. I got a great looking suv from this place a couple of days ago. And I am still impressed with their work especially Ali. He is the one that worked hard to get me my vehicle.

There was no pressure at all and I was able to take my time and research all the other Siennas in the LA area and decided that this company was giving me the best deal. So I went down there to get a car not only did i not get a car because additional cosigner after gave them perfectly good one had me sitting there 3 whole hours to tell me some bull. Then stated to ignore me when i ask for my documents back like come on now, sorry but not sorry DO BETTER!!!!

I came to this place thinking I was not going to get a car because my credit situation is really bad. Jason help me all the way through to make sure I was going to drive out of the lot with a vehicle. And needless to say he made it happen!! I can finally say I have a vehicle I call my own. Dont like giving low star ratings to businesses, but feel compelled to for the sake of other customers and in hopes that this will encourage the establishment to fix their ways.Called about a car which seemed to be priced attractively on their website. Talked with A--- (sales rep). They then said hold on let us pull the numbers, because there might be extra charges because of accessories even though the website says the price is only excluding the typical title/tax/registration. I wait all day calling back multiple times to see if they have updated numbers. At one point I talk with some other sales rep and she says that the number I see on the website is not the real number (not the truth) and I wont be getting that. Finally they say ok our front desk is going to call you in 5 minutes. Never got a call. Poor form and seems shady... If you dont want to give the price, then please just be transparent.

Best buying experience! I came to Lax Automotive and was helped by Melvin. Test drove the 2020 Elantra and fell love with the car. Melvin understood the payment I was looking for and came thru. If you are looking for a car make sure to ask for him he will do his best to get you where you want to be.

I came into this store not knowing what to expect because I was always have trouble when coming into any dealership, but I can honestly say that thanks to Jason I was able to have one of the best experiences and overcome all those bad ones. Great experience! I can’t say enough good things about Kyle. He was totally aware of my concerns and specific needs. We went for an extended test drive so I could see the car in different situations. Ended up with the car I wanted and at a great price. Unbelievable experience!

They have the worst lenders in the galaxy. I didnt like the dealer because he constantly was trying to convince and get me to change my mind about what kind of car i want. Which became highly irritating because i want what i want. And the down payment was unruly high. Never again. Enterprise is way better

DO NOT GO HERE TO SELL YOUR CAR. Junior inspected the car, got all the details, then went inside to get the offer. After we had AGREED a price, he took all my registration documents, photocopied them, then came back and said the offer was now 28% lower. Unbelievable!!! Not reputable or trustworthy.

This is the kind of place you’ll want to avoid. Pay no attention to the sticker price because by the time you walk out of there you’re paying double that. The employees are skilled scam artists and will get over on you. I hope I can save at least one person from the experience I had.

Ask to much down payments, not incentives to get used truck missing Carpeting, and body damages.

This is just a used car dealership nothing more. This place lured me in with advertisement that came to my home with a player card the game mad it seem as if I won and then cand me in to going in to verify Id won and when I did I found out that all I had won was a chance to visit the dealership to check a code if I had won which I didnt though my ticket suggested I had and then to top it off I didnt win. As for their vehicles I dont know I wasnt their for one. I only went because I had thought I won. Annoying and feel its trickery to try to get customers in such a desperate way and to waste peoples time having them come in to see they lost and then be offered to buy a used car.

My expectations for this store has been above & beyond! A big thank you 🙏 to all the staff members that helped for an awesome experience !
