We had great service. We had a flat and needed new tires and we were traveling to Arizona. They were really nice and helpful. They got us out as quick as they could, and gave us a discount. Received a call from David the manager after I had spoken with their call center. He had remembered me from a previous service and was kind enough to take time to call as they had me listed as a new customer and listed what he believed to be incomplete information. (I had a nail in my tire they helped me with a year ago). After speaking to him and Noah, it was clear they were knowledgeable and honest with their pricing and recommendations for additional tires (I had already done some homework). As we continued to chat I was surprised to learn they did much more than tires. I had a punch list of work needed from oil change, shocks and struts, etc. They were able to do it all! Effraim the mechanic did an excellent job getting my bmw back to like new condition. This is a great company with even better individuals working there. I highly recommend them!!

I was hear to place a patch one of the tier my car.I did called over the phone and manger now answered and straight on front told me no charges for patch repairs. They kept the location nice and clean service very professional. The only problem I have took little while to get the service done so it understandable place kind of busy. Aldo and Beau two managers who I spoke and served me very professional.

The two guys that attended me today were super awesome they were able to give me a discount a far better tireand prompt service. I had let them know what my budget was and they were by far within the means of it.When I had asked them the rough estimate it took us about two hours and a half which is far better than anywhere else I’ve been and I had my toddler with me. To be honest, I was skeptical. Tires were the best price Apple to apples from around 3 places. David the manager was super helpful and the best price in town. Give them a chance !!!!Edit: the next day I went to check my tires and noticed a Scratch on my wheel passenger side . I contacted David, I brought my car over and mentioned they could paint it with touch up paint. I was a little bummed and told him I was not going to be a douch and ask to get a new rim. You can’t really tell unless you know it’s there . He brought his tire installer and showed him, which he apologized. This shop is really old with out dated machines . If you have real rims go to the tire depot in la quinta . If you have hub caps it’s a good place . He to remove a star cuse of this incident .

Great customer service!! David at the Indio store was able to get me a great quote quickly without any hassle unlike other competitors. Upon installation of my tires, several minor issues came up. I went to get an alignment for my car and also some tires installed, everyone was very friendly and I can totally notice a great improvement on my car with the alignment. They have chairs available which are about 10 ft apart from each other.

I had a blowout On Labor Day, on Labor Day, on the I 10 and got towed into American tire depot in Indio. Eddie and the guys took excellent care of us and even made me and my dogs comfortable while we waited… I hope I don’t need to stop in and see them again, but I would highly recommend them and would hesitate to drive to see them

Friendly staff. I needed just one spare, but a special type. They ordered it in and got it on my car by the next day. They even moved my seat back into its position for little me after driving my car. Details count! And they treated me with kindness and respect. Didn’t try to sell me a new set or a pair. That means a lot. I will definitely come here again.

I give them 2 star is because they did give me a discount when changing the whole 4 tires after my 1 tire gone flat, the rest should be OK but I decided to change to they can match. My car was 25k miles, literally new.After changing the tires the car started to vibrate on the freeway, i suspected they didnt balance it well when replacing the tires. So i called and have the tires balanced, once, then twice, the vibration still persist. Making the car a massage cabin at high speed.After believing their excuse i stay with the condition for another 5k miles until i couldnt stand the vibration, finally brought to the dealership, pay them the exact amount of saving to get the tires rebalanced correctly.So i wouldnt recommend this place unless you dont have a choice.

This was my first visit to this shop for new tires. Excellent customer service not only to me but everyone who walked in the door. I am happy with my purchase and I will bring my vehicles back for tires and oil changes. I tried to give a $20 tip to the workers in the back and they said no thank you. It is fine but they told us a waiting time to change the oil and it took them much longer and after days that they had done the work our car started to leak oil but we claimed the warranty and they fixed it

I called in to purchase my tires online and made appointment. I went in the next day to have my new tires installed. I was in and out in a jippy. My tires were done within an hour and my car us smooth.

Great service. They patiently explained to me and showed me what was wrong with my car.They checked it for free and help me fix my problem. I asked them if I need to change the tires and they were honest and told me that I have a couple more months.

Made an appointment 20 days in advanced for 4 new tires. I did this because I knew my tires werent common so that they would have them ordered by then. I showed up the day of my appointment and they told me they didnt even have my appointment logged in their system anymore and they didnt have my tires. They tried to put it back on me for making my appointment too far in advanced? They said they would order them and give me a deal for the wasted trip. The deal was $4 off my $400 purchase... They proceeded to call multiple times trying to get me to come in. A week later i get another call from them and i tell him i went elsewhere (why would i come back if they were rude and offered a 1% discount for all of that). He tried to tell me i should have at least called to say i didnt want them. Overall if you have common tires you should be fine but if you have specialty tires and make appointments far in advanced then this may not be the best place to go. Also if you have issues their customer service is not professional.

After America’s tire wasn’t able to get me a specific tire on time I called this place and was immediately grateful that I did. Not only did they match the price, but they were able to get the tire in less than 24 hours. The service was fast and the employees were great! I will definitely be returning.

I usually go to American tires in Indio and they are very good and professional but this time I went to American tire depot and I thought it would be good to try a different place so I did. When I called the place to see if they do alignment they said yes and that for my Corolla they’ll charge me $ 49:99. When I went in the store and talk to the manager which name I don’t remember he said they will charge me $79:99. I was like whatttt? So I told him that someone on the phone said $49:99. He looks at me and said well I will give you the price for being here for the first time. I was like really thanks. I thought to my self what kind of business changes their prices like that? Anyways I got four tires and an Alignment. My tires did not last more then a year or 18,000 miles and they were going out from on side more then the other so I went back and this is what they said ( yea that’s very weird how you’re tires on the front are Going faster from one side when we just did an alignment for you) anyways there is more to say but I really don’t want to make them look worse. I do believe that I might being one of the unlucky one’s there because they have some good reviews but my experience what really not good at all.

I woke up to the wonderful experience of having a flat tire. Thankfully, after adding air, I was able to make it to this location. Once I arrived, Aldo worked his magic! I was in and out in about an hour and a half, and, I recieved four brand new tires for the price of three! Thanks Aldo!

Found a nail or screw in my tire after a return trip from Sacramento. Bummer - we were going to take it to Ford but we were afraid to drive it that far. We went to the closest tire store American Tire Depot. We got right in, after an hour got a call it was ready. Went in to pick it up and pay, and to my surprise there was no charge for flat repairs!!! I was beyond excited to receive that news. I’ll be sure and go back for any future tire needs. Thank you!!!

I took my car in last year to an American Tire Depot in Lancaster and horrible mechanics blew out my engine I then took it to this American Tire Depot in Indio and my car has been sitting there since February 4th and they are barely taking out my engine no communication from staff horrible district managers that do not oversee their employees I strongly recommend that you do not get any auto mechanic Services done at American Tire Depot

We got a flat on our way out of state, we took our car in and was expecting to pay for a new tire.
