This is seriously the best place to take your vehicle to get fixed. The staff is friendly and they do everything they can to keep you informed about your repair. Caliber is great! Unfortunately, I’ve had to take my cars in quite a bit, fortunately Caliber is always there to make things better. They do outstanding body and paint-work, including difficult hail damage. Their communication is always outstanding and the staff is extremely easy to work with, would never take my cars to any other shop.

They washed my car and even buffed my headlights after repairing my collision damage - which wasnt part of the deal. It looked great! We had a huge snowstorm that shut down the entire town, *and* even with needing to order additional parts, my car was still returned sooner than they said it would be! Everyone in the office was extremely professional and kind. Excellent place to do business.

I must say # 1 rule in bzness: treat the customer with genuine respect and care.This venue came highly recommended and was sabotaged by an uneducated, unscrupulous employee answering client phone calls. She was rude, abrupt and unpleasant in her tone, demeanor and choice of vocabulary.Unfortunately, I will not be seeking the services of this supposedly reputable company .I think her name was Ashley. Hang up if she answers and run for your life!

Before choosing an auto repair company to service my vehicle, I went on Google and read many reviews and I find it unfortunate that there are not a lot of good reviews on auto body repair companies in this area. So I thought I would just choose the lesser of the evils and I kept my fingers crossed. But my experience with Caliber Collision leaves me confused as to why they dont have closer to a five star rating.The one problem I had was not with Caliber Collision, it was from Enterprise, which was a result of my own insurance company dropping the ball. Caliber Collision provided Excellent Service through the entire process. When I dropped my vehicle off, I was in the office for 2 hours waiting for my rental, and I had my two dogs with me who barked at anyone walking through just begging for pets or play. They were very courteous and kind, I feel they went above and beyond what my expectations were. They kept me updated each step of the way, and surprisingly had car completed earlier then expectedI would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to others. This experience with them far surpassed my last need for auto body work done. I had to return 3 times for missing parts in addition to them severing my trunk opener connection, which cost me to have repaired elsewhere.Thanks Caliber!

Worst mistake going to Caliber Collision. My vehicle was covered in overspray. My white charger was damaged on the left side panels. After I received my vehicle I noticed overspray all over my black rims, interior and a large drip mark on my rear trunk. I had taken my vehicle back 5 times and they still didnt resolve or polish out the overspray. complete lack for detail and extreme lack of care . Would highly not recommend. I am still finding more imperfections and damage that wasnt even caused from my accident but was caused by Caliber Collision.

I took my car to this place, they were wonderful people, but they had to take my car to the dealer because Caliber couldnt find what was wrong with it. Once I got my car back, I found out that my cars suspensions also need to be replaced. I ended up paying for the deductible to Caliber and paying Kims Automotive to replace suspensions. I would recommend Caliber only for body work.

Absolutely fantastic service! Professional, competent. After fixing my hood dent they also fixed the shaking of the hood in my Honda Pilot that Honda had failed to fix despite multiple attempts and I had even involved Honda above the dealership level.

I stopped by to get a quote for some scratches in the paint of my bumper. NO body work was needed. They said I had to schedule an appointment for next week. WHAT!!! You want my business and you cant take 5 minutes to look at a few scratches. NO one else was even in the waiting room, or in the parking lot for that matter.Not customer friendly at all. Bad business!!!

Fast kind services for a collision company

Very bad customer service to start. Costly repairs (paid by insurance company of responsible party involved in accident) poor repairs on hood almost an inch on separation, wind sounds inside while driving, worn front tires due to bad alignment, loose nuts on front tires and when vehicle was taken in after the job was completed for inspection for noise in front tires they didnt even took the time to inspect it. They said for me to take it to another place for repair and if it was due to the accident they would pay the bill. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Allstate referred me here and they got the job done in a reasonable time frame considering the damage that was done. The repairs turned out fantastic and overall a great experience.

Walked in and didnt get acknowledged by Brenda stood their almost 10 min. until she called some one on speaker to come help me instead . Explained my concerns about the damage to the staff they made no effort to take them in consideration and proceeded on their own assumption of the repairs they did. In the end, the internal damage still remained and none of key damages were fixed. Very unpleased would not recommend this place to anyone. : (

Dont use these people. Shady is hardly the word but cant think of something else to discribe them as without using word that would not allow this post. Wish I could prove it somehow but I am sure that they screwed me and I was actually sent there by my insurance company which makes it all the worse. Dorped car off in Indio CA and they could not even work on it because the werent a Mercedes Benz certified repair shop and had to send it to a shop 76 miles away and it took 7 days to get a estimate to state farm. I never saw my car again. Remember I drove the car there just fine and somehow it was totalled. No f-ing way.

It is a workshop that in my case was an experience very bad for me, some of its staff with a terrible treatment, Mr. Wilson very bad experience when talking with him, to have that position leaves much to think about. (If people were less selfish and put themselves in your position, things would be the best way). It is the name of the workshop that only makes its fame! 🙇🏻‍♀️

I was referred by AAA for major repairs. They sent it to another location in Riverside. Took two weeks to repair and two years later the repair work was falling apart. It came back without a dash light illuminating the odometer, and they wouldnt communicate with me about making it right. The headlights leak and retain water during a rain storm or carwash.

They are not honest when they send reports to the insurance. Be careful with that company.
