This is by far one of the best Fareway stores around- the employees are always super friendly and go above and beyond to assist you. Produce is always fresh, meat counter is always stocked and they are super knowledgeable about the cuts of meat. Great selection of name brand groceries throughout the store. Keep up the good work!!!

Clean, with friendly staff who went out of the way to help me get what I needed. AWESOME meat selection, and lots of local products as well. BTW, its still nice to have someone help me load my groceries in the car.

I know help is hard to find right now.....but my sacker and cart pusher totally smashed my beautiful peaches. Maybe a lil more training.

Self check is a joke. Credit card goes in upside down. Have to put everything on scale. You cant tap a button to say dont want to bag. I dont bag gallons of milk, tea etc. Worker at express check out was worried about talking to friend instead helping co worker

I like shopping at Fareway especially since we live close but I am becoming increasingly confused and frustrated by the butchers at the meat case. My wifes favorite steak is filet mignon and they cut theirs to order. Both times Ive asked for filet mignon I get these weird cuts that are basically 2-4 pieces of meat barely held together by itself, almost as if when removing the tenderloin from the primal, it was cut into multiple times. Im not sure whats going on but this is a waste of a beef tenderloin and not worth $20/lb. Its basically stew meat.

I live in Warren co. Get discount coupons from Clark co. Exchange, do my shopping in indianola and been shopping fareway early morning, cuz Im that age, no bad remarks here BUT, wont take my coupons from oceola when comes to the beer, liquor, I think I spend enough there to offset the difference other items.. so my purchases of meat and other items that go with it goes to oceola fareway..

The service was excellent I couldnt ask for anybody to wait on me any faster and take such good care of me. With the trouble I have walked in the fact that the young people take your groceries out and put them in your car for you. Each and every one of them are a blessing and its the best grocery store I have ever went to in my life. I will continue going to the Fareway Stores for my groceries whenever I can get there as we do not have one where I live.

Fareway is a well stocked everything you need grocery store. The produce is fresh and ripe when it should be and not overpriced. Its arranged so you can quickly run in and grab a few items or take your time and peruse the shelves.

The manager Kevin, is awesome. He sets an example for his employees. He is always working on the floor, stocking shelves, addressing customers by name or asking if he can help a customer. The employees at this store are the friendliness of any Fareway store.

The service at the Indianola Fareway is topnotch; minimal waiting in line. The staff is always friendly and available to help you find what you need. They match sale prices of local competitors, and their own brand (Fareway) of products is equally good and sometimes better than well-known brands.
