Fairly excellent customer service but quite friendly.While not over the top in their customer service (As to be expected). I still found their staff friendly enough to be given four stars.I find myself time and time again browsing their large selection of Sci-Fi and Fantasy novels and never hesitate to visit them when walking around the town square!If you are looking for a good book to purchase, and a local business to support Pageturners Bookstore would definitely be on my list!

We love Pageturners!! New books, previously loved books, puzzles, journals, socks, etc! And if they dont have the book you need, they can get it!

Spoke with the lady over the phone, she found what I was looking for, even found a ruler to measure the KJV bible I was looking for and tell me if itd fit in my bible case. Really nice hardcover, great price. Place is a lot bigger inside than it looks outside, super on-point sanitation standards, even had me put the pen I used into a used container away from the other pens. Definitely a great place, Indianola needs to shop there and keep it open.

I absolutely love Pageturners! I always look forward to going back when I’m home in Indianola. They have a wonderful curated selection and amazing helpful staff. One of my favorite bookstores! During COVID times I was also very impressed with their safety precautions and attentive, smart staff. Love it!

Pageturners Bookstore is one of the wonders of Indianola. They keep me supplied which I am so thankful for especially right now. If they don’t have a book, they order it for me. If they have a copy of what I want, I can pick it up curbside so easily. I am so thankful for this bookstore. I would give it a ten-star rating if that were an option. 😁❤️😁❤️

What an amazing gem! There was a remarkable number of in-demand books, both adult and kids. There was even a vintage area... That was really cool. Definitely will return!

Every time Ive come in, Ive found something great. They have new books and used books, and an excellent selection of both. No matter what genre you read, you will find something to like here.

Wonderful local bookstore. She has lots of options for all ages and subjects. Sells both new and used books. If she doesnt have it in stock, it can be ordered and is usually in within a few days. Great place, support local small business!!

This is a great little bookstore! They have made the most of the space, and have just about every category of book (including good kids and used book sections) you would want. I have been in several times, and always found either the book for which I was looking, or had it ordered easily enough. The lady who runs the place clearly loves books. And as a bonus, the bakery next door makes the place smell fantastic! I hope folks from all around the area will come and support a shop doing things as they ought to be done - with care and knowledge.

Very nice place with helpful people. Today they had coffee, tea, and treats set out. Good place not only to browse but to buy from.

Recently expanded an already sizable collection. They have all the best sellers on release day and are happy to order the obscure stuff. Great service!

They were not very customer friendly and told my daughter and grandson they were in someone elses way when they were trying to pick out a book for him. Im just glad he was too young to understand.
