I had my car fixed last week, and had great service. Details Plus was very accommodating of my schedule, and finished on time as promised.The quality of the body work was outstanding.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in Indianola. Not only did, what I see as, a fantastic job on our Acadia when we hit a deer, but even though nobody else could see it, there was apparently a hair-line crack in the bumper that they were DETERMINED to fix. 3 days and we had it back. We drove to Des Moines, and we were losing radiator fluid, BAD! Called Alan and Deb and they came right up with a loaner, took the Acadia to fix it, a couple days later, good as new!!! GREAT COMPANY!! Thanks, Alan and Deb.

Got told my parts were in so I made the appointment to get my car fixed. Come to find out my parts weren’t in on the day of my appointment so it got delayed more days.

Very easy to work with, did an excellent job on the repairs.

Would not recommend this place to anyone, very rude horrible customer service.
