Best place to get properly fitted in running, walking or jogging shoes. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on their evaluations. Trustworthy and affordable shoes and products. The evaluation is free and literally takes as little as 10 minutes.

These guys saved my hide! Crashed in on a long ride on a 95 degree day, suffering from an electrolyte imbalance, and they fixed me right up. Sold me some Nuuns and showed me to their water cooler and then I felt like a million bucks! Without them I’d have never made it home. Super service on a busy Saturday morning. I’m an old hard to fit guy. John listened carefully to my footwear issues, measured my feet and arches, and quickly found the right shoes. I walked out with 2 pairs and an insert in less than a 1/2 an hour. He provided great service while juggling multiple customers.

Shout out to mike at Jack rabbit broad ripple! I walked in no having a clue what I needed, I’m not a runner just work retail and on my feet all day. His knowledge and professionalism was amazing! Also get some of those honey stinger waffle snacks while you’re there, sooo good!

First time here. I thought with it being a bigger store there would be more running apparel. A bit disappointed. Nice selection of energy food snacks, socks and shoes. A bit high priced.

I happened to be helped by the store manager. He was very knowledgeable, very kind, listened well and gave great recommendations. He know his stuff and took the time to make sure I got the right pair. Great shoe selection in the store as well along with a small, but high quality array of running related products.

I came to JackRabbit on Sunday and received the best service. I am a marathon and long distance runner, but have been running in shoes that didnt provide the best fit for me. I usually try to keep my cost for running shoes under $100, but that is not what you get walking into JackRabbit as most of the shoes are higher quality. I decided to bite the bullet and get a pair of shoes that worked right for me, despite the higher costs. I went with a pair of Hokas, a brand of running shoes I have never tried before and fell in love. With the service I got (the running assessment, the arch assessment, and overall service) I felt like I spent my money well. I left feeling completely satisfied and knowing that I have a pair of running shoes that will positively impact my running, especially on those longer training runs. I never felt pushed to buy a certain pair, they were truly just there to help and I really appreciated that. I will definitely be back when I am in need of a new pair.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They watched me run and suggested shoes to support my balanced gait with a bit of pronation. We talked about my foot and shin aches and pains. They encouraged me to try lots of shoes on. I would not do all of this on my own. I just tested new shoes around the neighborhood. I love them!

I decided to stop by BlueMile to get much needed assistance picking out my first pair of running shoes. Sure I could have gone online and picked the most aesthetically pleasing shoe but I would have been sorely disappointed. I believe the store associates name was Tim. He was very informative and patient as I took my time feeling out my options. He was able to show me which shoe style would be most appropriate based on how I ran as well as my foot arch among other factors. Very impressed and will recommend to others.

One of the best running stores. The staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. The also host a run group every Monday night at 630pm.

My wife and I just came to Blue Mile for the first time and had a gait analysis performed. The staff was extraordinarily helpful without being the least bit pushy or condescending to the two of us who are both super new to running. We would come back here for all future running needs and recommend this business to others without hesitation.

I almost forget that this store is here. I keep forgetting that they renamed Blue Mile.We used to go to the one in Westfield area.These stores are mostly for the avid runners and runners know where the shoe and clothing stores are.I was out of power gels and Gu.I often buy shoes online but will get a lot of winter running gear at the store. My wife buys her running shoes with staff assistance.The day we were in here recently they were a little slow only reason I give 4 stars.

Never been to a place that is willing to take the time to put you in the best shoe for your foot type. Never pressured to buy and is the only place I go anymore to get new athletic shoes.

Quality selection and great customer service.

I drove all the way from Bloomington to receive the exceptional service I received today. I have plantar fasciitis and needed a shoe that would be best for running and also give the best arch support. Luke put me on the treadmill to watch me run and then gave me a breakdown of my performance. Then he sized my foot to make sure I was in the right size and to check my arch. I found out that I’ve been wearing shoes that were an entire size smaller than what I should be wearing and also learned that I have a medium arch. Luke gave me several shoes to try on and let me try out a couple of different insoles that we’re best for my arch. He also suggested an orthopedic foot roller to help relieve the plantar fasciitis. I’m very happy I made the hour and a half drive because I left with a shoe that I love and felt very comfortable in and also got some new insoles and a foot roller. Thank you Luke!

The staff at Blue Mile in Broadripple are very helpful. They listen to your needs and wants and suggest a few different options that they think will work for you. If you are trying on shoes they will sit on the floor and watch you walk in them to make sure they are fitting you correctly.
