I placed an order with msc on 6/23/20, I received tracking number but I never received the order. I have made several calls and have received no help. Today I spoke to Donna the manager, she had no clue about anything, was very rude and hung up on me after I told her that she is just giving me same as Michele and several other people. I received a bill from them I called about it and spoke to Karen in billing, rudest person I spoke to. No one has helped but they all have passed me to another person in the company . I will never do business with a company that does not care about their patients. I plan to contact my insurance for items billed that have not been received. I recommend getting you supplies elsewhere.Javaid Majeed
Customer service is wonderful. I appreciate the courtesy call, that keeps me up to date on my supplies.. Everything always arrives safely and quickly. so professional in their outreach to the customers.
The staff was very friendly and helpful with the setup. My dad had a bad experience with Lincare so I was expecting the same. Couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised.
MSC really did a great job of making my transition into using the CPAP easy. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable.
