I contacted Lincare about their equipment and they hung up on me...probably an accident just not a good start. Then I called back to get prices and was kept on hold for 20 minutes for them to come back on and say they could not give me prices they would have someone call me back. Three days later because my Doctor said this is who we use. I called back they needed Doctor script before I could be served. I said fine got Doctor to call and fax a script. Now I am on my way there and they call me and tell me they can not serve me that fast it will be tomorrow before they can get the order processed. They never did give me a price which is what I had originally called for. They were also short & rude to me. Note after being treated poorly I called the competition and was served that very same day and purchased additional items because of the great service I received. Plus, I was educated about additional products. Thank you God for putting these service slackers in my life allowing me to move in a more positive direction using their competition which provided me better results and answers to questions I had not yet explored. Thank you At Home Health Equipment for your great service! No more Lincare for me!

My mother is in need of oxygen and she has called three times with no call back. The company was supposed to come out and refill her tank yesterday Monday November 8th but no one showed. I called once and never received a call back. I then went to the Guion road location, doors are locked and theres a sign telling people to call the same number we already called. Absolutely ridiculous!

Horrible horrible service! Ive called since Wednesday to get another oxygen tank and its Friday we no one has bothered to call us back. Absolutely worse company to deal with. They desserve 10 minus stars.

I am a full time caregiver and had issues at the beginning trying to get people on the phone to get my mother a new bed that was needed ASAP. Was assigned to a young lady named Brook who was really helpful. (Once she received the messages I was leaving. See more below) She worked with me to get everything ordered and in place. It was MUCH APPRECIATED.** Heads up, when you call in, you get a answering service and when you leave a message for a certain person, 9 times out of 10 theyll never get it. Just keep calling. I wish you luck.Lincare, please fix your message center. I was told I was calling the wrong number ( I was NOT), then when I called to put in a complaint, they sent me right back to Lincare. I understand everyone is stressed and busy but so are we as customers calling in. No one wants to keep calling day and day trying to get help and in turn this is how emotions flare. Im sure you know this is a issue, please fix it. And PLEASE, make sure your delivery folks are wearing their masks THE ENTIRE TIME when in a customers home. Were still in a pandemic, NO ONE wants to get sick. Youll be fine with the mask on, I promise.Brook, you actually called us tonight to follow up on how Mom is doing with her new bed. YOU are one of the rare few that actually CARE and you went over and beyond. I used to do the same before I started taking care of Mom full time. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Delivery guys are great... But I have not slept for 3 nites and days I am going crazy... This oxygen thing is so loud I cant hear anyone talk to me in my home home we have to yell at each other to even be heard. Cant watch TV cause you cant hear it in any rom. My dogs are in shock due to the noise... I am sure we got a michine that is not right. ... We had oxygen before but I forget the company name and the oxygen machine was not this loud.. We could watch TV in the same room the ogyen michine was in... it was never this loud... What to do??????

There are people in that office that just don’t care about their patients! I been through so much with lincare it’s sicking!I believe I talked to everyone in the office to help my father get his supplies. Nobody could give me an answer.I spoke with Anthony and he helped me through and through, I lm bet appreciate of him and his great customer service !!

This lincare office in indianoplis is horrible, we have been waiting over 3 months to have my wifes portable ingen fixed they keep losing the part to fix it and when they get it they wont come out and fix it. Their service is horrible Ive even tried 2 get their corporate office another joke stay away from lincare if possible

Caregiver for sister whose oxygen refill equipment for tanks has not worked for over 2 weeks, called for service and continually been told theyll be coming out --but of course no call and no show--- also same service was given regarding cpap with no service either is there a rating for no service that is less than 1 star

I have never worked with such an unorganized company. I’m appalled at their lack of customer service. Every time I call, it is at least a 20 minute wait to then speak with someone who does not know how to help me. They have been very rude to work with. Recently I needed to add a secondary form of insurance. I had to make several calls over 2 days to finally talk to a woman who was rude and did not know how to help. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Like the others I would give less than one if I could. I was just trying to call and change my first appointment. They had called me and said my bipap machine was in. I called 3 numbers and was transferred twice and disconnected once. Every time I had to give them my information then one lady asked me if I was still with blue cross. I informed her I had never had blue cross and still received a monthly bill through my insurance and she insisted it had been billed through blue cross. So half an hour later I finally get through to the local office, go through all the information again and she informs me I am not even in their system! I said great! It wont matter then if I dont show up for my appointment. Checked out other locations close to me and they all had one star ratings too. I will be looking for another company.

WATCH OUT FOR FRAUD!Ive been on night time oxygen for several months.When I was on day-time oxygen, Lincare was an adequate provider. There was some grumbling about how many tanks I used but Im a young, active person and Im going to use more portable tanks than those who are confined to their homes.But ever since I got off of daytime oxygen, getting anything done with Lincare has been like pulling teeth.In early October, my doctor ordered a remote oximetry test to determine if I still need night time oxygen. It took Lincare several weeks to get this test to me. In fact, I had to go pick it up myself.I took the test, and took it back to them.I called my doctor, no results. I called Lincare. Oh so-and-so is at lunch. Called the next day. Oh, theyll take care of this. And the next Oh, they sent the results over.My doctors office says they did not, and they too have been calling Lincare.Turns out the test didnt take and Lincare screwed around instead of telling me I needed to re-take the testSo round two, they actually delivered the test this time. And they picked it up. Almost competent.But test results....Called doctor, nope, no results. Called Lincare. Oh so and so is at lunch. Oh theyll do it. Oh theyll get it faxed over today.Eventually I just asked to speak to a District Manager, and pointed out that if this entire operations falls to its knees whenever someone is at lunch, then I need to speak to someone with authority.Lo and behold, they HAND DELIVERED (??) the results that day, and I was discharged from at-home oxygen use.Then another 2 week long battle of getting them to pick up their equipment, which ended with me doing their job for them.I also called my insurance company to let them know no further charges from Lincare are valid.Thinking this is over, I checked my credit card statement as part of a regular review to make sure things are kosher. Lincare assessed three separate transactions onto my card, recorded them as in-person transactions, without my consent.FRAUD!I reported that immediately to Chase so I can dispute the charges. I also know that the latest claim from Lincare was paid in full by my insurance company, and that a co-pay is not required of me.I would stay away from Lincare. Whatever you need done, find some other avenue to do so. This company is incompetent and will lie to you just so they can continue to bill you or your insurance.

Worst company ever. They should not be allowed in the medical field. I have been waiting on a CPAP mask for almost 3 months. Spoke to someone in the office and they said the mask was shipled via UPS. They gave me a bogus tracking number. I called back to confirm the tracking number and a new person said there was no tracking number because nothing has been shipped in my name. All they do is lie to you and give you the run around. They told my doctor that they were having trouble getting ahold of me to send out the mask, which is a complete lie. This is a dangerous company that needs to be investigated.

Three times I was told I would get my replacement rollator and I didn’t receive it. I don’t drive. I have to have my rollator all the time. Yesterday it became a problem getting it into vehicles and buses, it won’t fold up and the right brake is stuck on, which can cause me to trip and fall and break a hip. I’m fully and totally disabled and I’m 60 years old. This is the first time I’m having trouble with this company.

Our power went out my mother in law used all her tanks up in the 15 hrs it was out we called to get more they said they would be right out we have yet to see them two days later lucky the power came on on her last tank so we didnt have to go to the hospital, horrible service I am trying to see what I can do to hold them accountable before they kill someone if they havent already!

I would like to give less than one star. I called at least a dozen times to get my moms oxygen moved to the assisted living facility. Their documentation system must be awful because half the people didnt even seem to know she was moving and half didnt know what time they would come. After 2 weeks, they still havent gotten her updated portable oxygen - luckily shes been quarantined and doesnt need it right now. I have no idea how these people stay in business.

They are beyond rude and disrespectful. They dont care about helping people and they hang up on you. They dont make any effort to call you back after they tell you that they are going to. You have to wait a month before they finally get around to telling you screw you but thats after you call them to get an update on whats going on. If any company deserves to go out of business, this is the one. Do not do business with them, they are horrible people.

The worst company ever. It seems that they do not care if your loved ones can move and breath at all. The entire group of employees should not be in the medical care practice. They have taken my fathers oxygen machine for what could of been 6 weeks to repair and is now turning in to 6 months. My father had equipment to return and they asked him to place it on the porch. It sat on his porch for a few seasons (8-9 months) before they came to get it after many calls to remind them. I’ve been hung up on. Placed on hold for the manager to respond to the many terrible situations. First, I was told she was on a call. While still holding, I was told she went to lunch, then told she was on vacation, then10 minutes later she comes to the phone. So many lies and not enough work being done to rectify the problems.

Can I give less than 1 for this organization? Repeated call for them to pick up malfunctioning oxygen generator went unheeded. Hospice care provided a replacement. Patient died and they would still not come for their equipment. Nursing home asked for equipment to be removed. I had to deliver to their address the day after the death of my loved one. Not an ounce of empathy or remorse from anyone at their office. This place should not be allowed to deal with hospital equipment or interact with humans.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever delt with in my life. They had me waiting around for a month in a half for my c pap machine. I had to take my prescription somewhere else. They kept giving me the run around and lied to me several of times. If you need equipment do not choose this place. They do not care about their patients.

Took 6 weeks to get the machine. They cant send a piece of plastic, said theyd mail it. Nope. Disorganized idiocy would be a generous way of describing the staff. Unprofessional, apathetic garbage would be a bit better.Its okay though. Amazing what a lawsuit will do. Cya soon Lincare!

I read the three negative reviews below. But we had a very positive experience. They provided equipment for my Mom. Her doctor ordered it through Medicare. And this company billed her insurance. They arranged the delivery in advance. And adjusted the equipment to fit her.

On my day of discharge from the hospital I was prescribed home oxygen. We waited for over three hours into the evening; with the hospital staff unable to make contact to find out where their driver was. In frustration we fiinlly walked out and Home Health Markets Fort Wayne branch is going to try and cover for Indianapoliss inadequacies.Sadly, this reflects poorly back on the hospital and the patients it serves.

Very poor service. My 3 week old daughter needed new equipment because the original one they brought didnt work. It was a Saturday and the rep didnt seem to worried and said someone would come Mon. Nobody came, so I called Mon, Tues and Wed. They finally brought a few emergency tanks instead of the new equipment, a temporary fix. Still waiting and its a week later. Pathetic!

Went in for an interview and the guy came said Do you have your resume? I said No because it didnt say to bring one. He then says I try to get Mike to put that in the email... but I do need one. So youre telling me I drove all the way from the southside to the Westside just to get turned around!?!? No wonder you as a company has 2 stars. Take my skills elsewhere. I understand that Home Health Depot has several locations and my opinion should not necessarily be applied to all branches, however I was very upset with the care and communication from this branch. I work in home health in northwest Indiana and made several trips to Indy recently to care for my Grandfather on hospice. Home Health Depot did not make the transition any easier on our family. The first delivery did not include all the necessary items that had been ordered, the hospital bed malfunctioned within the first week, and after my Grandfathers death the scheduled pickup time was rescheduled on multiple occasions despite promises made otherwise. I do not like leaving negative reviews because I understand human error; however, I did not feel any professionalism with this company. When you are providing a service to give medical care to people at home, it should be understood that when you do not come through there is a patient in need that is suffering for it. I would have appreciated a company that understood what we were going through as caregivers and not making our lives more difficult. Very disappointing services.

My experience with Home Health Depot is beyond frustrating. I have been dealing with them off and on for a couple of years now with the failing health of my Mother. I dont know how oxygen companies are assigned to Medicare/Medicaid patients, but if you have a choice, DO NOT choose this company. My Mothers health has been failing and we NEED a portable oxygen tank to transport her. She attends an adult day center on days that she feels well. On May 10, 2017, her primary doctor faxed over an order for a portable oxygen tank. HHD, never received this fax. This is not the first time, an order faxed over has been lost. They always blame the doctors office for not faxing it right. I called and talked to Jason, Colton and Ross about the order for the portable oxygen. Today is May 24, 2017, exactly two weeks after the order has been placed and we still do not have it. Ross, supposedly sent the ticket over again last Friday. Colton called and scheduled delivery for today between 11 am and 5 pm.At 4:30 pm we start calling to see when the delivery will be......Duh....nobody knows. Dylan calls after 6:00 pm and says hes really backed up and after conversation he DOESNT HAVE the portable oxygen tanks!!!!! Someone sent the wrong order ticket over!!!!! WHAT!!!! Your patients are old, sick, frail and dont need this added stress of getting oxygen delivered!!!! What is wrong with this company??????? Something is seriously wrong with the competency of this company. For your own sanity, take your business elsewhere.

This is one of the poorest ran companies. They always fall back on their staff transition as an excuse for poor service. I feel sorry for their answering service as duck and cover and never answer their phone. The manager is never available either. I have not been able to get supplies for months, reason was needed an authorization, they got one. Whenever you go into the store, you sit there with no response. And because THEY would not send me new supplies because of THEIR staffing, billing, supply issues, I am now non-compliant and expected to pay out of pocket up front when I have very good insurance. Place is a joke.
