Top notch service - Friendly Staff, Pam was a true hero. Her commitment to high quality customer service made this one of the best trailer rentals I have ever had. She went over the top with a quick, easy and personalized service during the check out/in procedure. I highly recommend her location and her team to anyone needing a truck or trailer to move anything.

Pam was rude as hell!! Her condescending tone is unacceptable! The way she spoke to the customers and employees was degrading! Also, this U-haul location does not have the self check-in or out (24/7), like the website stated. I initially chose this option via the site, but I had to wait in line to retrieve my key, and again later when I returned the truck. Take notice.

Terrible facility. The west side access to the facility has been closed over a month due to “the doors got hit”. As a facility, you should anticipate someone not knowing how to maneuver vehicles, I’m guessing it isn’t the first time, so your company should have had replacement parts on hand. We pay $145/month, y’all have the “cash flow” for the repairs to be made in an urgent manner, are you going to pay movers to move the contents of my west side unit to your east side access?

Overpriced for a pickup truck rental i think. Theres a employee there he most certainly needs social skills.

Charges not accurate and lots of add ons

Very nice people but half the time the doors will not open for us to get into our storage unit. Also, there have been questionable charges added to my account, I had gotten an email saying that the money had already been taken from my account. So then when we were there to put some more things into our storage the staff would not let us in the unit “due to non payment” but clearly they already had charged me for it.

Helpful staff and they load/unloaded quickly

The staff, while friendly, did not wear any masks. As a parent of someone in heart failure I was shocked and disgusted. The truck we rented had drinks spilled it in, smelled like cigarettes, and had NOT EVEN BEEN WIPED DOWN. Just a pandemic and flu season but sure, don’t even wipe anything down. Luckily, I assumed this to be the case and brought my own. Stick to the wonderful store in Irvington.

Check-in was quick and easy. Got a 10 ft truck to pickup new mattress set. Total. Cost $75. Furniture Delivery would habe been over $100. Save money !

Its a U-haul what can I say. Dont think they are sanitizing the trucks between customers. I would take cleaning supplies with you to stay safe.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! The lady manager there is horrible. Really just an ugly human being. I’ve been in there a couple of times and she’s always yelling at someone. Even her employees. I don’t know why anyone would put up with being treated that way. I will never use uhaul again and encourage you NOT TO!
