The counter is so clean, neat, and the staff is nice. You could sell the box back if you dont use it at all, so i like to get the things from here to help the day.

MELISSA IS ON IT ❤️ she knew exactly what I needed when I walked into the store to return parts of a box-kit I purchased. she had given me the tip to place my receipt in my cars glove compartment, so smart. I went to return my unused boxes, and sure enough, I couldnt remember where the receipt was, and, BAM! her voice came back to me! receipt was right where she told me to keep it safe! money in my pocket!I rented a 15 truck that I picked up at another location in Indy, with a FRENCH FRY in the cup holder... I returned the truck in BETTER condition to a store in Cincinnati, and they charged me a CLEANING FEE -- again, Melissa to the rescue! I went back into her store, and she helped me file a complaint on my reservation.

The lady in there was great but they did charge my card an extra 10 dollars for no reason but it could have been worse the trucks are very clean very nice staff

Worst place EVER!!!! I paid to get my lock removed from my storage and they didn’t call me for a week I had to keep calling to tell them I need to move ASAP but they didn’t care they kept telling me the samething that the lock smith ppl would call me when they are ready they were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Overall the worst customer service Ive ever had with Uhaul. Charged $400 fee for returning at a different location. Which we were not told about. When asking the employee they said they didnt know because they were unsure of the policy.

Very very bad customer service we have to pick up at this location we reach on time the guy in office say he didn’t have Truc. No respect for customer and deal with them if u don’t like u r job better to quite really bad experience .u haul must teach customers service and hospitality to employe when they hire them. We there to pick up truck at appointment time and that there responsibilities to get us truck and he telling us he don’t have any and go find out yourself.when we say that not a right way and that guy getting so panic even he cursing on us there is no responsibility and no customer care that’s ur responsibility when u make promises to provide services to customer . Very very bad experience

Convenient for moving to a new apartment, especially if you have lots of furniture. Pretty cheap also.

This place was truly awesome because of Melissa. I was very frustrated and need of a truck in need of help getting moved and a million other things that were happening that day. Melissa was able to give me directions get me a truck scheduled even give me some ideas about getting professional movers. When I came to pick up the truck a couple of days later she was even better. The whole process was quick and painless. Thanks Melissa youre the best!

I reserved a 26 truck and car trailer here at 7a Three weeks before my move. Two days before my move, Uhaul emails to say its now 10a to pick my truck up from a location on State St. and 10:30a to pick up my trailer on English Ave. After negotiating on the phone, they get me the truck and trailer at on Michigan Ave (15 mins out of the way) at 7a like they were doing me a big favor.At least theyre cheap.

Michelle was rude and condescending. She was glaring angrily the whole time and responded in a nasty way. She said I got it! and stared at me when I reiterated my phone number because I saw she typed it in wrong. Guess what? I saw my receipt at the other branch the next day and my phone number WAS typed in wrong!I did get the U-Haul so theres that.

Very clean and Melissa rocks. Very good staff. Nice place to rent a unit.

The staff was really helpful. My uhal wa ready on time, all the fees were explained to me and it made moving less stressful that they were so prepared.

By far the best Uhaul in Indianapolis.Ive used six different Uhaul locations around Indy (I know, weird right? Helping friends and old people move on a fairly regular basis) and this is by far the most convenient, fair, forgiving Uhaul franchise. Ill never go to another franchise again, provided Im in Central Indiana :)

So we went to get our winter clothes out of our storage unit and there was mice poop on EVERYTHING!!! There was a dead mouse on the floor, as we started to take things out I noticed a roaches the size of my thumb nail crawling on my belongings. I regret putting my belongings here!!!!!
