Wow, I walked into the store and I only saw one young lady behind the counter who just stared at me. I decided to say hello. She did not acknowledge me and was actually in a pause of conversation with another coworker, a young gentlemen, whom I could not see. She continued talking to him (actually bragging how she had hung up on a customer - so the entire conversation was unprofessional). As I walked up to the counter and looked over some products, they carried on their conversation and didn’t ask if they could help - even though I was right there! I spotted a third young lady (and she was so nice!) so I took my items to her to purchase. I mentioned to her to let the manager know that it might be good customer service to say hello or acknowledge customers when they enter the store. She smiled and then did something very impressive- she apologized. I doubt the other two heard me say this as they were busy conversing. On the way out I said another cheery good bye and wished them all a nice day - all I got was maybe a mumble from the gentleman and another stare from the lady I first saw - Sigh. I recall another U haul place in the area as being really nice and helpful. I’ll go there next time.

Had to give 1 star cause you cant leave a zero.... Dont go there if your white they like to not help and give u the run around... Fat boy at counter cant be bothred to get out his seat.

Walk in to locations on Shadeland to ask for a toll dolly. Kandys was very very rude. She just said I can’t help you you need to do it your self at the 800 number. I call different locations and the one on keystone was great help she reserved one for me in less the 8 minutes the lady was very respectful and helpful her name was Barbara. Is really sad to see that people are so miserable at their job.

They don’t even deserve one star. The truck wasn’t in the best condition and the employees like to lie and will give you the run around. Never refunded me my money for their mistakes.I wouldn’t dare go here again. Read the other reviews and believe what you see.

I reserved a Cargo Van online, when I got to the store the next morning, I was told that they had no Cargo Vans, as UPS and FedEx take them all during the holidays. OK, fine, I will take a 10 truck, which they have, but with the guarantee that they will give me the $0.59/mile that the Cargo Van is rated. She said that they could do that.I get the final bill in my email yesterday, and I was charged $0.79!Screw U-Haul. There are other places to rent a truck.

Great service. Reserved 9 foot van online and didnt have to wait long when going into the store. Rental agent did a super job of getting me out and then checking me back in. Cost was reasonable. I decided to spend the 10.00 on liability insurance to save me any headaches if something happened to the rental van.

Not a surprise that this location has lowest ratings! Lady behind the counter was so rude that I have to come out of the store. Once she says we accept major bank debit/credit cards and the moment I use a card for payment she tells me that my card is not accepted. Estimates are totally different from online and in location. I would not recommend this place. When you are not in a mood to serve a customer then, sit at home or find another job.

Spent an hour or so just getting a storage unit here back in September. Paid 70.95 for it up front, pulled around to unload and the main door wouldn’t open for me or the workers. Was told they’d call me once it was working no later than 7 of course they never called. I called customer service was told to take my things to another location and contact the manager for a refund. Well here we are a month later no refund. Talked to a manager one time who said she was at the doctors office and would call me back never heard back from her. I’ve gotten the run around from customer service or hung up on when they’re getting a supervisor. Better luck at a different location or different company all together.

Okay so I went in and reserved a 15 foot truck AND a tow dolly. On the day of pickup only the 15 foot truck was available. No dolly! I think when the reservations were made somebody screwed up in the ordering system. heck i I even call to let them know Im going to be a bit late so they bump me up an hour, ok cool. However I was highly disappointed when there was no car tow dolly available. I wont go so nasty as to say never use this place however, when you place your order, make sure they double check everything so everything is as is upon pickup.

The manager at this place is very unprofessional and he has a nasty attitude. He should not be a manager and he should not have a job in customer service. I hate that Google made me rate them because this location deserves no stars. He made a mistake and instead of being nice and apologizing and compensating me for my trouble he was rude. I hate to take this to the higher up boss to get resolution. What a shame. I will never use this location again.

This Uhaul location is the worst. My storage account has been screwed up from the start and nobody knows what they are doing. Manager said I would have a $50 credit on my account and when I went to pay it wasn’t there. I will never use Uhaul for my storage ever again

Absolutely outstanding rental experience.We rented a sport trailer for our Florida vacation, and I could not have had a better outcome of events. There were a few hiccups with scheduling(apparently the sport trailers arent very popular, and theyre kind of difficult to arrange pick ups and drop offs), but UHaul and their reps rolled with it, and even got me a discount for the trouble. Shout out to the guys in Kokomo who helped me out with the pickup, and to Luther who assisted me in the drop off. I will DEFINITELY use U Haul again next year. A+++

Why on this store the employees act like the doing the job for free lazy people is not just to be like that this store needs attention

Got to the location only to be told that they do not have my u-haul truck and they do not know what happened. Waiting for over an hour for them to send me to another location 30 minutes away. The manager was very rude during the whole process, like I was an inconvenience to him when I was the only person in the store. I would suggest any other moving company over them.
