The crew that came to move us was exceptionally professional. Johnny, the team leader, was outstanding to work with and talked us through the whole process. When it became clear that it would take two days to complete the move, he worked with us to get everything we “had to have” on the back of the truck and made an extra trip to drop it all off at our new home.The team of Johnny, Nate, Bryant, Demarcus, and Ralph were incredibly hard workers and took pride in completing the job well. Fast and thorough service! We had Lacey, Skylar, Tyler and Cheyenne pack up our 3 bed 2 bath house and garage and we were impressed! They moved very efficiently and didnt miss a single thing. They packed and wrapped everything very neatly. We didnt feel the need to shadow them and they also asked questions when necessary. Great experience overall!

And when I accidentally discarded something of sentimental value with the trash at the end of the day, they very kindly identified the box it had been in and recovered it for me. Planes recently packed and loaded all of my belongings for a cross country move. Patrick and his 2 helpers were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional! They carefully packed and loaded our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a day and Patrick was able to answer all my moving related questions. We moved from Louisiana to Indiana and while we would give 1 star to Armstrong Relocation services based in Louisiana, Planes did a five star job. Jason, Bear, Isaac and Mason worked quickly and professionally. We had to move things around a couple of times and they were more than willing to do what we asked. They were on time as well. If you are moving in Indianapolis, ask for these guys.

Worked with 3 teams, Laceys team arrived Monday morning, they didnt leave until late Monday night and packed well over 150 boxes, Tuesday and Wednesday the cages were loaded, Patricks and Nicks teams were excellent, very helpful and couldnt do enough to help me out. All 3 teams worked really hard and I would definitely recommend them.

Justin and his team (Jaydn, Nick, Jacob, and Elijah) were hands down THE BEST. They were extremely professional and kind and made me feel 100% comfortable in my home while they were there. We recently relocated to Louisville for a new job. Planes came in and helped pack all of our stuff and load it onto a truck and deliver to storage for the move. The packing crew came in the first day and packed our entire house and inventoried all of the items into >100 boxes in less than a half a day! Special thanks to Lacey, Tammy, Angel, and Skylar for being so professional, efficient, and personable during throughout. The next day, the moving crew came and quickly moved all of the boxes and remainder to their truck in about 3.5 hrs. I was really impressed with how organized the whole crew worked and it was very clear that they worked as a great team together, ensuring moving all of the items as quickly as possible without causing any damage. I really appreciate Justin, Jay D, and Bear for their professionalism and help throughout the day. I would recommend the whole packing and moving experience to anyone who is needing to move and doesnt want the hassle of moving anything or worrying about anything getting damaged or lost. I have had great experiences in the past using Planes for commercial office moves in Indianapolis, and thought I would give them a try for my personal residential move. I appreciated the quick response time in getting a quote and on the schedule, as we had a somewhat tight move time frame. On moving day, our crew (Justin, Jaydn, and Bear) showed up early and got started right away on loading up the contents at our old house. They were professional, respectful of our items, and most importantly had great, positive attitudes through out the day. It is hard to keep a smile and crack jokes when youre working so hard, but they all did! I will continue to use Planes for upcoming business moves, and will be happy to recommend them to anyone I know moving commercially and/or residentially.
